installation of furnace and a/c
We were originally disappointed with the original installers who replaced our furnace - they left the area with incomplete work and with debris behind. Their work was reviewed by management who noticed errors in the installation. Management recified the problems by sending different installers to correct and to install the a/c unit (which wasn't installed on the first visit due to winter conditions). We were VERY pleased with Dan R. and Chris Z., the second set of installers. They were friendly, yet professional and made sure we were satisfied. Management also dropped by to make sure all was completed properly.
We all make mistakes and I am very pleased with Reliance's service in openly recitifying and correcting the service issue. Highly recommended.
