The technician Matt M. was wonderful! He took his time (more so than other technicians in the past) to do a complete service from what I could tell. He even explained my Venmar system to me as I didn't even realize that it had its own humidity thermostat, even though I had asked others in the past and I never received a clear answer. He voluntarily asked me about it because I had my humidity level too high, especially for summer so I'll keep the Venmar turned off in the summer, now that I know. Only "problem" was that he had my incorrect cell number so when he called ahead, he didn't reach me. But he came by anyway..thankfully. :)

We were originally disappointed with the original installers who replaced our furnace - they left the area with incomplete work and with debris behind. Their work was reviewed by management who noticed errors in the installation. Management recified the problems by sending different installers to correct and to install the a/c unit (which wasn't installed on the first visit due to winter conditions). We were VERY pleased with Dan R. and Chris Z., the second set of installers. They were friendly, yet professional and made sure we were satisfied. Management also dropped by to make sure all was completed properly. We all make mistakes and I am very pleased with Reliance's service in openly recitifying and correcting the service issue. Highly recommended.
