annual service of furnace and a/c
The technician Matt M. was wonderful! He took his time (more so than other technicians in the past) to do a complete service from what I could tell. He even explained my Venmar system to me as I didn't even realize that it had its own humidity thermostat, even though I had asked others in the past and I never received a clear answer. He voluntarily asked me about it because I had my humidity level too high, especially for summer so I'll keep the Venmar turned off in the summer, now that I know.
Only "problem" was that he had my incorrect cell number so when he called ahead, he didn't reach me. But he came by anyway..thankfully. :)
