    Repair or maintain roof or gutter-
    They were good to respond & came immediately. Requested Sam, to check from inside, in the attic, to see where water was coming from but they weren't interested in doing that. We then climbed the roof and to my surprise they came up with 4 sheets of shingles they were going to replace without first getting approval & without price discussion. Sam replaced where he thought water might have entered from. It was clear they had come with the intent to replace shingles but didnt have all the right tools because the pneumatic hammer to nail the shingles was not working and they had to use a metal rod to nail the shingles. They also used different, reddish colour shingles, compared to existing grey. They charged me $200 & I allowed work, not wanting problems. Maybe what they did was the right solution but they had come with the agenda to replace shingles only, even though i requested them to check & investigate from attic & other place. They should stop forcing the work on customers.
