    I was contacted by Qais on January 19th to reinstall my radiators. While he was very pleasant during our initial interactions, he did not return to complete the job he was hired for. We agreed on a price, and he met my contractor and said he would return three days later to begin the work. When that day arrived, he did not show up and only informed me he was not coming after I reached out. I contacted Qais on three separate occasions to request a new date. On the third attempt, he said he was on his way and would arrive at 1 p.m.; again, he did not show up. I still have not heard from him and am now in a difficult position, as the project is stalled because of this. While he was very pleasant and seemed quite knowledgeable about hydronic systems, I am disappointed with this experience and the lack of communication.
