I heard from Alex promptly after posting with HomeStars and he was able to come and solve our problems a day later. He and his apprentice were polite, professional, and got the work solved with no mess. I'll be calling on Alex with any future plumbing needs and would recommend him highly.

When I called with a concern, a technician arrived that same afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and diagnosed the problem. The next day he showed up and replaced the damaged part. Very impressed.
