Our bin wasn't delivered when requested and we had to follow-up several times. When the bin finally arrived it was the wrong size (larger and more expensive) but we had to proceed anyway because our project was running late. They didn't pick-up the bin when requested, which lead to it sitting on our lawn for a few more days. During this time, we caught people illegally dumping in our bin and this added weight to the bin that was not ours (i.e cost more). It was extremely frustrating. Two months after the bin was picked up and paid in full, our credit card was charged for additional costs. We did not receive any invoice or notification of these charges - I simply found it when checking my credit card transactions. Blue Environmental stated that the charges were for additional weight, but had they delivered the proper size bin and picked it up when requested this would not have been an issue. Also, why were these being charged months after the service was rendered and paid already? We argued and eventually received a credit but it was very upsetting. It was just a terribly frustrating experience and we would not recommend them to anyone. In addition, their customer service was rude and treated us as if we were an annoyance.
