Ok, I am blown away by the customer service of this company. They came over on a Sunday morning within an hour of us calling. Our 24 year old furnace had died. They showed us the cracked heat exchanger and the blower motor was broken. They came the next morning and removed the old furnace and put in the new. It took less than three hours. Ali and Reza were so nice to deal with! I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. 10+ stars.

Brothers Plumbing came out to fix a leak that developed when a mouse gnawed through a water line. He was very professional and got the line fixed quickly even though it was in a tough place to reach. We will definitely use them again!

We are about 2/3 the way through this project and I'm very pleased with the results so far. They cleaned our windows on all the floors. They also cleaned out our gutters. The windows looks amazing now. Our house is a split level spread over five levels, and we have a huge number of windows. This wasn't a small job. The team was friendly and they worked really hard. They also are refinishing our deck. They completed the first phase today by pressure washing the deck. They are coming back to sand and re-stain the boards. When I post the final review, I'll post photos.

Windowtech did a great job from start to finish. We had windows in our sunroom/porch that were at least 30 years old and all their seals were broken. Additionally, one window had broken glass and one window, when you could get it open, liked to fall out. Jerry was easy to work with and the installers showed up on time, did a good job and cleaned up afterward. I would definitely recommend them. In fact, if you decide to use their service, ask for Jerry and tell him that Laura Rey sent you.

We have hired them twice to fix projects that other contractors have done incorrectly. They are professional, easy to work with and do a VERY GOOD job. We have zero complaints and will never hire any other contractor again. They are really that good. They fixed a large, custom shed for us last year and are currently repairing a shower installation that was done incorrectly by the original contractor. They aren't the cheapest, but after doing about $500,000 worth of renovations in the last two years, I have learned to go with quality, not cheapest. You get exactly what you pay for. These guys are totally worth it.
