They installed 66 bollards at our townhouse complex. they did it in accordance with our contract's specs and we were quite pleased at the work and their attention to detail.

I spoke to 5 different companies and though Pre Lock wasn't the cheapest, they were up front and honest about their work and service. I was convinced that some of the other companies were quoting on older systems and Pre Lock was quoting on the latest systems in the market place. They came when they promised, the work was done efficiently and professionally and my wife and I were quite satisfied. Paul, the owner, is a hands-on person and will communicate with his customers quickly and honestly 7 days a week. Owners of some other alarm companies refused to send any representative or themselves to my home to inspect what had to be done because as they put it, "my time is worth $400/hour and it's too valuable to spend on quotations."

I signed a deal with this company and within 24 hours they changed the specs of the contract. I wonder if they would have told me before the installation started or would they have just issued me a credit for the work not done. Either way, I wasn't too impressed. I cancelled the contract.

I was sold on the company by Scott who really gave me a marketing pitch that resonated with me. I've been in the building business for over 35 years and I wanted a quality caring contractor who would not only do a quality job but be extremely careful in removing and replacing the art and furniture to the exact way they found it. The painting job was decent but everything else wasn't. Unfortunately they failed to "walk the talk" as Scott promised in his "talked the talk". They did a decent job of painting but their organization was abysmal. Initially they sent a guy who reeked of nicotine. He went home 30 minutes later. Then they sent in a guy who only worked from 9:15 am - 3 pm. He went packing. It took a lot of talking and many phone calls to have the men work until 4:30 - 5 pm. Organization on the job was missing and left a bad taste in our mouths. Too many times we had to remind them of their contractual obligations. In the end the job was finished within the time line but the question being: would I use them again, the answer is no. They need to organize themselves better and have on-site daily supervision, a must. Unfortunately they relied on the on-site painters to organize and meet the contract terms. Not a good idea.

Having said that, I can honestly say that we really did try to meet all your needs on this project including time deadlines, specific working hours requested, furniture being put back daily, finishing each area before starting another, progress reports etc. On top of your requests throughout the job duration, we also made 100% sure the quality of the job was never compromised no matter what the circumstance. Regardless, I'm sorry we failed you in the actual job process, and I appreciate your feedback on that, since we can use this experience to make us a better business for future clients. Despite the job being paid and completed, I still would like to go above and beyond in order to take care of you. We bought some nice furniture for our home. It was unique and we were promised by Pat, the sales person, that she would oversee the installation in our Thornhill home. She never came and she never answered our many emails. We tried to speak to the owner but his rude reply turned our positive image and feelings of the company very negative. Overall, I would not deal with them again.

Daniel and Integrity were very professional in their work. They worked full time and constructed the deck as per plans. Whatever was promised, was delivered. Their work was excellent and I have no reservations in recommending them as a quality contractor. My background is residential construction.
