I have double sink in the kitchen and one side was draining poorly. I contacted Strong plumbing on Sunday, not really expecting an answer until Monday. Valentin responded promptly, asked for the photo of the pipes under the sink. He explained what he can do and potential problems he may encounter. We agreed on the quote and booked the appointment for Friday. Upon arrival Valentin was professional, efficient, friendly. He did an excellent work! I would absolutely call Valentin for any plumbing issues in the future!

Recently, I needed door handle replaced but since I live in the condo, it needed to be the exact one I had. Radoslav was excellent. From the first contact, he responded to my messages promptly, did his own search to show me what I need to look for, explained what to do not to get locked out of my unit in the meantime. When the handle arrived, he was available to come and replace it within days. Radoslav is someone I will keep in mind if I need any other locksmith service.
