Professional, courteous and on time. Everyone, from the initial consultation to the final clean up, were exceptional in their duties. We had an eavestrough that was sagging badly in the front of our house and needed replacement urgently. We decided to get the entire trough system redone along with larger downspouts and leaf guards. We couldn't have been happier with the results. Their pricing was also very fair compared to the competition. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A few months ago we were experiencing a backup in our basement bathroom. Now we have a 60+ year old bungalow and have had issues with the city's side of the main for quite some time. In fact they've had to dig up their side of my property twice now. Eventually, however, they figured it out and resolved all issues on their end. That's why we were puzzled as to the backup this time. We contacted Strong and weren't disappointed. They were on time and professional. They used the camera to inspect our main from the laundry room and p trap where they discovered a large blockage which the inspection itself cleared out. They then took a few extra minutes to inspect the integrity of the line all the way through the house, showing us everything. They concluded that the line was healthy and that we shouldn't have any issues for quite some time. We would certainly use them again. Absolute professionals.

Our roof had been leaking near the valley into our son's room whenever there was a heavy rainfall. Light rain never brought on any issues so that, coupled with the fact that our son's room was directly underneath the valley, lead us to the conclusion that the issue must have been a large tear on either side of the valley. We contacted Sensational through HomeStars and within minutes received a reply from Tara with a scheduled appointment for the very next morning. Needless to say I was both stunned and impressed by their prompt reply and subsequent action. The next morning, Ronald showed up at my door on time and ready to work. He then listened to my version of the issue, climbed the roof and examined the problem. His explanation of incorrectly cut shingles along the valley made infinitely more sense than my earlier assumption when I considered the other solutions that had been tried and had eventually failed (e.g. caulking only). I also appreciated the fact that he didn't try and push the idea of getting a new roof on me. In fact he said other than that issue, we probably had another couple of years left. Their price was also quite reasonable. We were so happy with the service that we're considering using them to replace our entire roof in a couple of years by the way. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Honest, courteous and professional service is what you'll get if you do.

Paul and Joe showed up at my home precisely when they said they would: 9AM sharp. They were personable, courteous and very professional. They made me feel at ease almost immediately. They walked me through almost every inch of the job and provided simple, understandable explanations for just about everything they did. I even had the opportunity to rummage through the waste where I discovered a Beck's Taxi flyer from 1985. Yikes. That just goes to show you just how much time had passed since these ducts had been cleaned, if ever. It's also a testament to the power of their vacuum. I couldn't believe what came up. Finally, don't even bother with those cheap sub-$100 jobs where they basically clean nothing and make a bigger mess (see "MarketPlace: When the Repairman Knocks" if you don't believe me). These gentlemen are some of the best at what they do, if not THE best and I'd gladly recommend them to family and friends. It was money well spent. Thanks again guys!
