Wow. We had originally thought of going with the DIY kits from the big box stores thinking about the budget. Then I thought of checking out HomeStars for railing companies and am so glad I did. I found GTA Railings and based on their great reviews, I decided to give them a call. From the first measurements and quote from Dmitriy to the final installation by John, they were great. Actually less expensive than the kits and it looks much, much better as well.

From the moment we met Mark, we knew he was the right person for the job. His knowledge of every aspect of the carpet world is incredible. He thoroughly explained to us the upsides and downsides of the different materials and their properties. Of course we did our own research and sure enough his advice was spot on. Mark even sourced the exact Shaw carpet that we wanted and his crew (Adam and Jason) did a great job with the old carpet removal, new installation and cleanup. Mark's follow up for our complete satisfaction was appreciated as well. I most definitely recommend having Mark come in and I'm sure you will be impressed as well.

I saw Bogdan's work on a nearby street while he was finishing up. I had him quote my wants and needs. My neighbour became interested and in the end we both awarded Landpol the work. We added some work between our houses and Bogdan always was accommodating and had great advice on how the end look would look. Our homes look so good now, cars are doing slow drivebys and actually stopping to look at the job.

It has been 2 years from the install date of November 2013. Time for a real review of the team and the product. 10/10. Great job on install and great product. We went with the Carrier Infinity 98 59MN7A (60k BTU) and the 24ANB7 (2 ton). The whole house is amazing now. Every floor has been warm and cool when required. Even with the increases in energy pricing from the government, our bills have been steady. Thanks to Shabnam as well for responding to my questions. Keep up the good work.

It has been 2+ years and I am happy to review. We had 13 of our windows replaced of which 3 are over 6x5 feet and our rear patio door. Mike went out of his comfort level to find a specialty window we needed in one of the rooms. It was a tilt and turn fabrication. The larger windows had the openings (cranking) changed from the silly builders directions to functioning real world wind capturing directions. My parents used Mike this summer (2015) for their century home windows in Toronto and mom is ecstatic so far with hers. That will be another review in a couple of years. Thanks to Jerry and the crew. It was good to see them doing my parent's home and enjoying mom's cooking.
