We had a great experience with the purchasing and installation of carpeting on stairs and landing. Alan was helpful in selecting the carpeting. Paul did an excellent job installing the carpeting. The stairs were fully carpeted (not a runner) and the carpeting on the landing had to be seemed with carpeting that was already installed. We are very satisfied will all aspects of the project.

It was great to work with Sonny and the crew at Toronto Comfort Zone. We upgraded an old wood burning fireplace to a gas insert fireplace. It's been a great addition to our home, especially on those cold winter nights. Would definitely recommend Toronto Comfort Zone

We had a small job to remove asbestos wrapping on 2 pipes. Everyone at The Pros Network was responsive, friendly and did a great job. Kevin was responsive when provide the estimate and setting the date to complete the work. The crew arrived on time, completed the work quickly and cleaned up. All in all a good experience.

Darrell is very knowledgeable and explains what is the best way to address the issue. This is the second time that we've engaged him to manage rodents and ants in our yard. Overall, great service.

We replaced multiple windows in our basement and are very pleased with the windows. There were different specifications for each window, double slider, single slider, frosted and clear. All our needs were accommodated. Slade was very helpful in answering all my questions and Tony did an amazing job installing the windows. It took a long time to receive the windows due to supply chain issues as a result of the pandemic, but I was informed up front how long it would take and the estimate was correct.

Darrell has been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and keeps me informed of the progress. We had rodent and ant issues. Part of the job was to spray for ants outside. Darrell was tracking the weather to make sure that there were enough days without rain after he sprayed so that the spray would provide the maximum benefit! Also, he provides follow-up service to make sure that the pests are eradicated. Thanks Darrell!

From the very first point of contact, Daniel and his entire crew have been excellent to work with. I contacted True North after reviewing many other contractors on Homestars. Our job consisted of removing and replacing the existing basement cement floor, replace all the drains, water proof the basement and also remove and replace the garage cement floor. We did not do underpinning, because the height of the basement is fine. Daniel recommended putting in a backwater valve and sump pump. While we were at it, we added radiant floor heating. The job started on time. The entire crew worked fast, kept me informed, cleaned-up as much as possible each day and was very courteous. Daniel would always check with me to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. With any renovation, issues come up, but Daniel kept me informed and offered suggestions to over come the issue. We are extremely happy with the work and highly recommend True North.

We engaged Paul to finish plastering newly installed drywall in our bathroom. He arrived on time, covered the floor, contained the dust and cleaned up after sanding. The walls look great, you can't see any seams. He is a true professional and craftsman.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the railings and the ease of working with Oliver. We went to their show room to pick out the style of railing and they measured the porch the same day. The railing were fabricated (all custom made) and installed on time. Dufferin Iron was able to complete the job faster and more economical than other railing companies. Thank you. Our front porch looks amazing.

Sixpenny did an awesome job on our front door!! The craftsmanship is spectacular! Regan and Aaron were great to work with. They responded to our calls, emails and were punctual. Retro fitting a new door into a 75 year old home takes a lot of skill, patience and care. They did a great job! We now have the best door in the neighborhood.

We are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship of Johnson\Playfair. They replaced our front steps and added a low stone wall for a planter area. Matt and Brendan were great to work with. They responded to our calls and email, were punctual and courteous and they clean up all the debris. Of course, the job turned out to be more work then anticipated, but that is par for the course. Great job!!
