I cannot say enough good things about Tony and the entire crew. They have serviced my pool for many years. This year after opening my pool itdeveloped a leak in what ended up being the liner. Pool Doctors went above and beyond and helped me immediately by pressure testing my system and then calling in Dave the diver. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of this so quickly.

I had the pleasure of meeting Steve and Linda yesterday and itwas refreshing to experience great old fashioned customer service. I called in the morning and they came in the afternoon to look at my dryer. They had me back up and running in 45 minutes and best of all I got numerous tips on appliances and extending their life. Steve and Linda you deserve all the 10 star reviews and I am so happy I chose you to repair my dryer.

I have been a customer of Gasfix for the past 15 years and when my pool heater needed service they came on time and got me up and running as quicly as possible. Dwayne explained the problem and what was needed to fix it and they did the repair on time as scheduled. This has been my experience for the past 15+ yearswith Gasfix. They show up and get the job done on time at a reasonable cost. Thank you Gasfix for keeping customer service your top priority.

I have used Total Tech for numerous years with a lot of questionable service along the way but my most recent experience will be my last. I contacted Total Tech on May 7 to schedule a service call for May 22. I sent them a picture of my filter and told them the problem and to please bring the part with them when they come so that they do not need to make a second service call. I called them on May 22 at 10 AM and was told that I was scheduled for my repair. I called again at 4 PM and was told that yes they were still coming. I waited and called again at 7 PM and spoke to Gary who had arranged the service call for me on May 7 and he told me basically to bad our crews are done and by the way we do not even have the part for your service we need to order it. At no time over the 2 weeks did they tell me they needed to order the part and that it would take time. I asked to be put through to Dave the owner but was told that he was to busy to talk to me. Then I spoke to Jessica who told me that I could source that part myself if I thought I could do better then them. Well no problem getting the part myself and it is installed less then 24 hours after this disaster with Total Tech. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have a new pump and a new heater that were installed by Total Tech so this is a company that had me as a very loyal customer. There are a lot of pool companies in the Burlington/ Oakville area. Take my advice and stay away from Total Tech.

I have been a customer for 10 years with Alarmforce. They just came and replaced my equipment after 10 years at no cost to me. My customer service experience with them has always been a 10 plus and the techs that have been to my home are courteous, efficient and most of all they show up on time. I would not even consider another home alarm company.

My older pool heater need replaced and I called Gasfix to do the install. They were able to come immediately and found I needed a custom order part made. The got this done quickly and came back and did a perfect install. The entire experience was on time and professional. I have used this company for over 10 years and would not let anyone else do my gas line work for me. They are the best and they show up when they tell you they are coming.
