I had J and his team back to consolidate my move from my house to a new home and all the stuff stored in a distant locker during the staging. It needed 2 large trucks and a 5 mover team. The team worked from 9am to 7pm at a brisk. J guided all the activity and was very careful to not damage either house or items during the move. After 5 months, we have not found any broken item from the move. Very happy to recommend We Haul. Thanks.

Of course, AC only fails on the hottest days of summer. Since the AC was 18 years old, we wanted to replace it. I called Joe Button and he was out to quote the same afternoon. The quote was competitive and we booked right away. Joe searched for any gaps in their calendar and was able to get us installed in under 7 days. The install team came in, kept everything clean and we were cool again. This machine is quieter and cooler than the previous. Thanks Joe and Button's team.

Very satisfied with a great team of professionals. Luis, Jose and Ryan provided the information I needed to select their AKW Tuff Form shower system, tiles and installation. I did not start out looking for an installer but the product information, references and pricing made that choice an easy one. I am detail focused and Luis dealt with all concerns each morning on the jobsite, no matter how minor. The finished bathroom has a heated floor, stacked tile throughout and modern full shower with built-in tiled niches. Thanks again and I will be passing your contact info to my friends.

Thought the installation service was good in the beginning...tried to use Ajax pool store and found the staff to be unhelpful, RUDE and poor at communication. Continued to use the service to open and close my pool. Then 4 years after the pool was installed, the water level dropped 3 inches every night. Called and was told we are very busy and cannot see the pool for 5 days. Without notice some Rand pool hand came and saw the pool and left a note that nothing was found. No followup from Ajax store. I called in a local pool company, they listened thru the concrete deck with a scope and found multiple leaks thru the piping. After digging they replaced all the piping and left the old pipes as 'discussion' points for Rand. Rand had installed all the piping on top of the steel wall supports incorrectly. The pipes cracked where they made contact with the supports. This is sloppy installation and we are dependent on the expertise and professionalism of the installer. It was not due to improper closing since the crack were directed over the supports but nowhere else. When I called back owner dismissed my emergency actions to hire another company as reason to reject responsibility for the initial poor installation even though he agreed that 'total plumbing failure is rare, it should last 10 years but we warranty for a year'. This cost $5k to repair and ruined our summer.

Our full kitchen reno required significant changes including relocation of door ways, plumbing, electrical etc. The Kitchen and Bath Studio provided the imaginative design and highest quality build with Beckerman cabinets. They promised we would be cooking Christmas dinner in November and made it happen. The work was done on time with nightly cleanup. Our appliances were ordered, delivered and installed with little fuss. No surprise costs while all attention was paid to the details. Same 2 man team was on-site for entire project making for consistent high quality. Work was non-stop for 12 days, 10 days awaiting the granite installation then 5 days to completion, exactly as we were informed. Highly recommended, as they were to us.

I purchase >$1000 of stone and porcelain tile on direction from my kitchen designer. Returned on last day of tiling to pick up an extra bag (approx $15) of grout. Did not need the grout and did not open the bag. I returned it the next day to the same salesperson who recognized us. This person would not refund the purchase even though I agree to pay a 'restocking' charge. Look for better service elsewhere.
