As part of the Heating protection plan, Enercare provides their customers a complimentary maintenance. Here comes Anthony. Anthony,before he got started,asked if I had any questions and when I didn't he encouraged questions. As he got started, he explained what he was going to do and why he needed to do it. Anything that was of concern, he explained it and then asked for advice from his manager. At that point, Anthony, opened up the furnace and did a thorough assessment focusing on the parts that raised questions/concerns.Whenever I had questions, he would stop, give eye contact and answer my question(s). Anthony tested the furnace for carbon monoxide leaks and temperature. He went one step further and tested for leaks and venting from the water
heater. When he was finished, he closed up the furnace putting it back how it was and then explained his findings. Anthony gave me a helpful tips booklet that gives information on the services that Enercare provides plus a business card from a consultant when I expressed interest for a new furnace. Anthony also included the cost I would have paid had I not had the plan. Overall, I'm pleased and relieved the furnace will get me through another winter. Furthermore, Anthony's findings will be documented so that the next technician will be aware and follow up the areas of concern and I will be informed if their is a further change in status of the furnace. I am very relieved. Thanks Anthony for a job well done!! Yay!
