Ronal and his son Andres did and excellent job restoring the tiling in my condo. I had dropped a bottle of dark blue nail polish on my bathroom floor, which also splashed up on to the toilet. Ronal was able to get the nail polish off the floor, deep cleaned the tile as well as the grout. It actually looks like new. They also cleaned the tile in my kitchen and 2nd bathroom, which now looks like new as well. I was considering replacing all the tile because I disliked it so much, but now that it's been deep cleaned I actually like the tile. Definitely much cheaper than replacing tile if your tile is still in good condition.

Mark from Victorious came to my condo to make a recommendation after receiving my quote request to replace the carpets in both bedrooms in my condo. I knew what I wanted and Mark was very knowledgeable about carpets and underlay. He recommended a specific kind of carpet that would work well for my needs and for what I wanted. Installation went quickly and well. Mark's team arrived promptly, and did a good job at laying the new carpet, although they did go over the noon deadline for the elevator, which was the only thing that caused me any stress. They took the old carpet and underlay away as well as a closet door that I asked they remove as a special favour. All in all, job well done and I will (and have) recommended Victorious to other companies.

Hi Leslie,
Thank you very much for sparing your time to share your experience with us. Unfortunately working with tight deadlines with your condos 3-hour limitation (9 am ~ 12 pm) is a huge challenge. But checking back on our emails (on January 30 2017 9:45 am) I see that we have informed you that we would need a small room for the 12:00 pm deadline.
I also like to thank you again for your referral with V.K. which we have completed their project in March 2017.

Best,
Mark Aydin

I discovered a leak under my sink that turned into an emergency situation over the weekend. I live in a condo so any water issues are doubly serious (don't want to flood anyone else's home!) so I was pretty anxious to get someone good asap. I did a quick quote request on HomeStars and Alex called me back within 20 minutes. He arrived at my place within an hour of speaking with me, and immediately diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be an old faucet that needed replacing. I purchased a beautiful Moen touchless faucet which Alex came back to install a couple of hours later. He is a delightful man and is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He was able to provide me with all the intel about my new faucet that I needed. Excellent service, I highly recommend Alex and Award Plus Plumbing.

Glad we could service you. Especially for condo dwellers, cardboard is a pain to have to collapse and recycle afterwards. Hope you are settling in nicely in the new condo!
