Not only did he expertly and efficiently resolve the primary issue with the deadbolt, but he also tended to other wear-and-tear issues to ensure the door was in good working order. As always, more prompt, quality work from Valentin. We suddenly had hot water dribbling through our laundry tub pipe that we could not shut off completely with the tap. We initially called Valentin to replace the tap, but decided to replace the tub at the same time, due to its age. Valentin installed both the tap and the tub with his usual care and attention to detail, adding new shut-off valves and affixing the tub securely to the wall and floor. No more wasted hot water. Expert installation. Will continue to rely on Valentin for all of our plumbing needs.

In March, we detected intermittent scratching in our garage ceiling. Gates Wildlife responded promptly, with Chris determining that a squirrel was beginning to prepare a nest. He installed a one-way hatch and came back several days later to remove the hatch and seal up the spot where the squirrel was getting in. Chris assured us that we had called in time as there were as yet no signs of babies. He was thorough, polite, and patient in answering our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gates Wildlife Control.

Two words immediately come to mind when reflecting on our experience with Imran: integrity and professionalism. He is exceptionally pleasant, trustworthy, and considerate. We called Imran to diagnose a problem with our 18-year-old gas fireplace. He responded the same day, was respectful of our home, and did only what was necessary to resolve the issue. He took the time to advise us on what to do should the problem reoccur. Imran’s commitment to customer service and satisfaction is impressive. He clearly earns every one of his positive reviews. He did a beautiful job installing the new faucet and clearly communicated the care and maintenance instructions, patiently demonstrating some key details to ensure we understood. We would not hesitate to call on him again for any future plumbing needs.
