Highly recommend Better Contracting. We used them for our new roof and they did a fantastic job. The crew were super professional and used only the top materials. Weve had quite a few neighbours comment on it and ask us who we used. Wouldnt hesitate to use Mike and his crew!

I contacted Modern Appliance after reading the amazing reviews on Homestars and I am so glad I did. Peter got back to me with an apt time and estimate and he was punctual and bang on with the pricing. He is super knowledgeable and really takes the time to diagnose the problem. He let me know what was happening while he worked and really cared about doing a great job. He was upfront and honest and and I feel was very reasonable with the pricing.
