We needed some additional eavestrough installed on our screened in porch plus a downspout relocated to accommodate a new deck. We were concerned it was such a small job that it might be impossible to get a company to do it. We found Reid's Roofing on Homestars and they had the best rating in our area. I sent them an email through Homestars and they contacted me the next day, set up an appointment and sent Paul to measure. They matched up the colour exactly and sent us a quote by email. The price was less than we expected so we booked an installation for the following week. Two fellows showed up on the day we were expecting them and had everything completed in a few hours as well as clean up. You wouldn't even know they were there. We are 100% satisfied from beginning to completion of this project.

We had a few quotes to get paving and interlock at our Lakehouse. At first it was difficult to get the local companies to come and give us a quote, and when they finally did, they told me they could install either the paving or the interlock but not both so I would have to use two different contractors. I found Primo on Homestars and sent them an email for a quote. Their office called me within 15 minutes of my email and set up an appointment for the next day. Joe Bruno arrived first thing in the morning, discussed what we wanted, measured up and gave me a quote right on the spot. The price was a lot less than our previous quotes. They arrived when I was promised and although it took them four days to complete the job, it rained every day. They did their best to work through it. So far we're quite happy with the results. I will add to this review in the future if we have any issues.

We have had lots of work done on our older home over the years and have not always been satisfied. Before purchasing this time, I went to the Web and searched. I ended up on HOMESTARS and read many reviews and settled on Windowtech. I contacted them through the HOMESTARS site by email and their office got back to me the next morning, set up an appointment and their rep Jerry was out to our place two days later. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me select the right products at our budget. He advised that the installation would take five to six weeks as everything was custom made. The installer Mike called a few days later and came to our place to do an exact measure inspection. Their office called me four weeks later to advise everything was ready to go and we booked an installation. So far so good, then the amazing part happened. Mike the installer showed up on time and never stopped working, this man is a machine! I was home and watched him work, every detail from start to finish was perfect. My biggest problem with Mike was getting him to stop for a minute to have a coffee. As Mike was finishing, it started to rain. He took the old window, door and any other debris away. He was sweeping and vacuuming in the rain, I told him not to worry and that I would take care of it the next day. He wouldn't hear of it and cleaned up everything. I am usually a man of few words but I will give credit where it is due. I highly recommend Windowtech to anyone looking for replacements. Daryl.
