Larry from Elite Appliance Service was able to repair our Dacor oven igniter and GE Monogram refrigerator in two visits. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The management and staff were friendly and helpful, communication was clear. Greatly appreciated their help.

We hired Lucky Hammer to change out two interior ceiling light fixtures, plus install an outside subpanel, breaker, switch and light fixture. Val was honest, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Kristina was also great, prompt and clear communicator with great business and people skills. The job was done very well. We will definitely hire them again.

I called "Oakville Appliance Repair", using a google search to get the phone number, to help with an issue with my Dacor oven. After asking for clarification, the person on the phone confirmed that they are a local, Oakville business. The tech was on time and friendly enough. The tech also did absolutely nothing at all to the oven, not even a reset. Looked at it with his phone, called his boss, and then quoted a minimum of $700 for parts/ labor. He has advised that he will call back when he finds the part. UPDATE: Never heard back from Lee, the service person from SOS Appliances, who had advised that he would follow up. Oakville Appliance on Kerr Street confirmed today that this company has been falsely using their name. I let him in as I've worked with OAR before, but noticed on my receipt that the business name is SOS, based in TO. I understand subbing work out and always want to give small businesses the benefit of the doubt, so I will visit the store to follow up. Will continue this review....

John and Don, an apprentice Doctor, visited last week to replace three residential screens. They were on time, courteous, very knowledgeable and helpful. Will call them anytime screens and window repair are required.

Our Miele delivered an E70 message. After searching for a Miele repair person, we booked with RepairCare. Anar and Sergei arrived, on time, the next day. They spent a fair amount of time to properly diagnose our machine. They are knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Will definitely call RepairCare with appliance repair needs going forward.
