    All windows and sliding door

    Wonderful quality, great installation very near and careful, great customer service. I would highly recommend this company they truly do stand by their name and reputation. Overvall a great experience!

    Very Happy and Satisfied with Brock Doors and Windows

    We contracted Brock to install new windows on our house, we changed 14 windows in phase 1 and have 7 more to complete next year. Brock will be returning without a doubt. Excellent Installation crew ( Steve ) who was professional efficient and one of the most tidiest person I know. Left our home clean and with wonderful Northstar Windows. Highly recommend Brock Doors & Windows, sales Steve Matika guided us through every step, no pressure and provided excellent service.

    Very happy with Brock Windows!!

    On May 25, 2018 we had two large bay windows replaced by Brock. And in the kitchen, we had two old narrow windows replaced with a large double hung slider. What a difference our Brock windows make! The look is amazing! They are certainly more efficient than the old double pane we had in there. Easy to open and close, and should be easy to clean as well. The guys were on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up well. All done in a day! We highly recommend Brock!

    Doors and Windows

    I will continue to use Brock as I continue to upgrade all of the windows on my home. Throughout the process-choosing models, measuring, scheduling, installing-all staff have been friendly and very accommodating. Someone even called on the day of installation just to ask if everything was going to my satisfaction. The installers were fabulous and they left my house just as it had been. No mess left whatsoever. I don't hesitate to recommend Brock 100%!

    Windows Replacement

    We’ve hired Brock Doors and Windows to install 8 windows. (I have to mention that we also had to do roof). Installing crew pointed out some issues and advised that it would have been better not to cap windows right away, to do roof first and than call them to finish capping. They said that they can finish it all, but the roofers would damage aluminum, so we did as they told us. We finished roof in April and called Brock back to finish capping. We did pay for installation balance less 500.00 which we still have to pay. First capping job in May…. Only one guy came…totally unprepared. He was able to finish 3 out of 8 windows…. he said that he was expecting 8 smaller windows to be capped. He went around and took photos of all windows for the file. He also said that they should have finished capping windows when installed and he knows why they haven’t.??? Second crew came, and out of 6 windows with same capping style they finished one totally different. I’ve exchanged quite a few emails with service manager…. I asked for the crew to come and fix this one window, I’ve included photos. First reply from service manager was that windows look perfectly fine to him. I had to circle the difference for service manager at Brock windows. He replied: “I just spoke with my Production Manager,You have two different lengths for the shingles going into each window, that's where the discrepancy is, and that' why he had to cap them a little differently. I can have J come back and make the capping look the same, but he would have to remove some of the shingles and that's not something I imagine you want us doing” I replied that all shingles around both windows were the same. Than he sends me this “I do understand where you're coming from don't get me wrong I'm just trying to view it from the installer's perspective as well because he would have capped them differently for a reason,” we scheduled appointment for July 12th. When I asked for the reason why did they cap window differently he sends me this”” The capping is different because the shingles stopped from the window about 4-5 inches from the window on one side, but the other window has the singles flush to where the capping starts .Joey says he won't be able to change the capping, but if you have any extra shingles he would be able to nail them in for you so the windows look more consistent to your liking,” Really? To my Liking? Again, I said that all shingles were the same around both windows and I asked for photos that first guy took to prove what I was saying. He sends me photos with explanation “The shingles are not symmetrical with both of your windows as you can see in the photos causing the discrepancy,” Now the reason is different? Do you see any unsymmetrical shingles in between these two windows? Do you see shingles being short 5-6 inches? On June 27th I sent another email to Production manager asking him to mark on the photos where does he see non-symmetrical shingles and where does he see them being short. His reply: “the shingles are not symmetrical yes, and because we followed your shingle line you can see the discrepancy in the capping because it's not the same on both windows as I indicated in my previous email,” He did not mark where he can see asymmetrical shingles. Firs reason for different capping was “the shingles stopped from the window about 4-5 inches from the window on one side” and second “the shingles are not symmetrical” Production Manager offered to revise the invoice - to pay $250.00 only. I was not looking for price cut. I would be more than happy to pay full balance when this is fixed. I’ve asked for the issue to be escalated and he forwarded my email to Customer Relations Manger, who called me the same day, July 03rd. I sent her some more photos. I also asked her if she would buy a house with the windows like this, and she said NO. She said that she will call me back with resolution. On July 05th I emailed her asking for the update, she replied saying that she is trying to co-ordinate a few dates with the service manager to have my concerns resolved and that she will let me know on Friday, July 06th. Today is July 10th and I still don’t have answer. I am including photos before and after job is done.

    Windows

    Directly from Brock Windows; “Thank you for connecting with us on HomeStars. We'd like to apologize for the troubles you've encountered. Our Upper Management & Service team have been made aware of your feedback and they will be in touch with you to rectify. Regards, Brock Doors and Windows Ltd. “ A completely and utterly useless and meaningless statement meant to deflect just how terrible Brock is in resolving problems. Two weeks later and - THERE HAS BEEN NO RESOLUTION, NO ADVANCEMENT, NOTHING. Yes, they did call (Cory) only to tell me that Brock has basically done absolutely nothing in 9 months. You can conceive and deliver a baby quicker than Brock can resolve a problem. The problem still exists; they still have no timeline to resolve the issue and apparently a management team led by General Manager, Lucky Crouton that really could care less how their customers are treated. Basically, we’ve got your money and when we feel like it, we’ll fix the mess we created. I am also amazed at how quick they are to shift all the blame onto Northstar Windows. The nine-month wait for components apparently is entirely the result of Northstar being unable to do even the smallest task right. As someone who is active in my community, I will make it my number one priority to share “The Brock Experience” as far and as wide as I can. I have appended the original unresolved complaint. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We purchased our windows through Brock in November of 2017. It is now July 9th, 2018. Eight months and it is still incomplete. It’s not like this was a huge order or for that matter a complicated window order, it was simply 10 windows. When we go to do the balance of our home, Brock won’t be on the list of companies to contact. Every contact with this organization with the exception of the sales rep has been a nightmare. We could start off with the installer showing up and informing us that we were lucky; “he is the best installer they have and we will love his work.” Two days later, he left with the job incomplete, with the casings installed out of square on the living room window and missing partially in the guest room. He promised to return in 2 days. That was 5 months ago and he has yet to appear. The sales rep did return and took the 2nd set of pictures for the GreenOn and at that time we showed him the terrible quality of work done. He took pictures and while there forwarded them to the sales manager Kevin and the service manager on April 15th. He also called the sales manager while he was there and pointed out that we would soon be celebrating Ramadan and were not able to use either the living room or the guest bedroom. He stressed that in our culture we have many visitors and cannot use our living room. Another month passed with no contact whatsoever and going into Ramadan we were still not able to use the living room or the guest bedroom. I tried calling the Brock office and left messages with the sales manager and the service manager with no results and their general manager who apparently doesn’t take phone calls. I once again called the sales rep and again he returned, took another set of pictures and once again in front of us, forwarded them to the sales manager and service manager. He again called the sales manager while at our home and the sales manager promised to “look into it” and call us back the following day. Still waiting for that call. Two to three weeks later we received a phone call scheduling a time to fix the living room casing and complete the guest bedroom. My husband took time off work to be there to finally get these issues resolved. What can I say; they brought the wrong part for the guest room. According to Brock service, Northstar is so incompetent they sent the wrong piece 3 times and still didn’t get it right. I have to question the quality of the windows overall if they can’t get the smallest thing right no matter how many times they try. We are now 8 months down the road, the guest room is still not finished and no one has called to schedule a date or even give us an update. There was absolutely no consideration or concern given about leaving our home in shambles on our most important holiday, one has to wonder if they would have treated their families different. I want this nightmare finished NOW........................

    Purchase and installation of windows

    We purchased all new windows for our home recently. The sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and very personable throughout the presentation. All of our questions were addressed and we were completely comfortable with our decision to have Brock windows installed in our home. The team who arrived to do the install were totally respectful and explained what was happening throughout the day. Every room that windows were installed in were left neat and tidy. We were so impressed that we have purchased a new front door!

    Window replacement

    Very pleased with the quality of both the product and service. Our new windows look great. Have given new life to an old house. The installers were courteous and very knowledgeable. Replaced 9 windows including a bay window and patio door in less than 3 days.

    Wonderful New Windows from Brock!

    We recently had Brock Doors & Windows redo our living room/dining room windows. We were thrilled with the previous work that they did – replacing our garage door, storm door, our bedroom windows, kitchen window and basement windows. Brian Wolfman the salesman is excellent and offered many wonderful options for us to consider. He took care of all the details and the project was set up in a timely manner. The installer that came (Gino and his crew) were top notch! It was a complex job with massive windows and they worked extra hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. They were meticulous and did a fabulous job with the cleanup. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. We now have beautiful, modern windows after putting up with 1970s, drafty windows for years! Thank you so much to the Brock team for all of your efforts. We will certainly be in touch when we replace our front door!
