    WINDOW REPLACEMENT

    I had 30 year old widows that required replacement. So I had 10 brand new triple glass windows installed they showed up in the allotted time frame that was provided The job was completed in 1 day, they with a good job also on clean up I was satisfied with the quality of the windows and the finished product. I would definitely recommend Brock Windows to others.

    Great Service

    The techs showed up on time, they were very clean with their work, and the clean-up afterward. They were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend them to others to have their windows done.

    Product and installation review

    From the beginning when we picked out our windows, scheduled the installation and the windows were installed, everything went very well. The installation crew was very professional and helpful. The installed windows look great and already we notice how much the noise from the street has been reduced. Brock personnel greatly assisted in applying for the government rebate that was offered.

    Windows Replacement - Great Job!

    This was our second time hiring Brock Windows to have windows replaced in our home. We knew we were in good hands being well aware of their excellent reputation at being the best. We had Brian come out and give us a quote for eight windows installation. He was very helpful in assisting us and making recommendations on which windows to get. He answered all our question and concerns promptly and did not pressure us to sign on the spot. He also explained to us the Green ON rebate program and took time to show us pictures of various styles of windows. On the day of installation, Gino and his colleague arrived on time. They were very efficient in removing existing windows and installing new windows. They were also very friendly and did an excellent job installing and cleaning up after. The office staff was also very co-operative and returned our calls very promptly. We are now waiting for our Green ON rebate application to be submitted for processing. We are very pleased with the work completed. Brock Windows delivered what was promised. Will recommend the company to all our friends and family! Keep up the great work Brock Windows!

    Window Project

    Fantastic experience, starting with Sales Rep Steve M., to the consultants at their showroom to the install team and the schedulers/managers at Brock Doors and Windows. Project was on schedule as planned, with the installation team of Steve S. and son doing a great job. 10 windows, including a big bay, in 1.5 days. Quality and attention to detail are their hallmark. Sales Rep followed up on the job site during installation, and visited my home once completed that afternoon for pictures required for GreenOn rebate program. A 10+ rating which I rarely give out.

    Windows & Door

    The street view of our home looks amazing now! Great job. Thanks. Hats off to the team from Brock. Andrew, Tanya, Lisa and Steavi all added their assistance and advice during a very busy Spring season. Same goes for the installation team who managed to work in the extreme heat for two very full days to complete all our windows and garden door. I'm not sure how they can all work such long days into the evenings but appreciate all the effort. Reliable advice on renovation projects can be expensive and difficult to find. Team Brock are patient and an exception to today's 'make a decision now business model'. No sales pressure. Good patient advice, excellent service and very competitive pricing is a winning combination I was pleased to encounter. I trust all the team members will be rewarded on their Christmas bonus for all the overtime worked to make us happy and satisfied.

    Windows Replacement

    Recently had whole house windows changed. Windows are great quality, installers not so much. Luck of the draw as to who installs, as many problems occurred as a result of.

    Windows Done, great service

    Phil was great overall. Provided us with a great deal. Brock windows delivered what was promised. Provided us with good staff to get the windows installed. Overall, solid experience. Will recommend to my friend and family!

    New Windows

    We had our windows completed by Brock last week and we are very happy with the final result. We opted for new colour trim, chose the Sable and the look of the house now is far more sophisticated. The quality of the window has been evident in the 5 days we have had them, with a heat wave in effect we certainly know they have beat that test! Everyone has been very easy to work with and the experience overall has been very pleasant.
