    Perfectly pleased!

    Prior to selecting Brock I obtained a few quotes. Brock advertises heavily but they deliver what they say. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. While I had to wait a few months for installation, it was simply timing that threw a wrench in the works. Winter set in and conditions were not appropriate to replace 2 large patio doors. I was most impressed with my install crew. Upper level replacement of such large items cannot be an easy task. They were both professional and precise, completing the job in the most efficient manner. One hiccup from the factory was addressed with ease and overall I am so pleased with the quality of my new doors!!

    Window Replacement

    Very satisfied with the service from start to finish. The high level of expertise was shown from the moment the salesman came to our house and gave us the best options. The decision was easy from there. The showroom , purchasing and installation went extremely smooth and professional. I would recommend Brock to anyone..

    Windows Replacement

    Hesitant at the beginning to have windows replaced. Went ahead and started looking around for the best deal I can find and also bearing in mind that the company cannot be that good if the installation is not good. Just happened to talk to my brother in-law and he just had their windows replaced. He told me about the company Brock Doors and Windows. I looked at the work they have done in their house and I decided that is the company that I am going to go to. The job is done in my house now, and I tell you Brock Doors and Windows did an excellent job, the workers are courteous and they clean-up after their mess and explained to me how the windows work and how to take it apart for cleaning. Looking at my new windows I can say it will last me at least 20yrs. Comparing the new windows to my old windows that lasted 16 yrs it is night and day. Good worl Brock Doors and Windows Thank you.

    Kitchen bay windows and two casements in laundry room and bathroom

    Top notch service starting with Scott who’s iPad software helped to clarify window type and dimensions. Our installer Stefan was a real pro both in terms of carpentry skills as well as dealing with customers. In addition was very impressed with how organized and integrated the process was including Brock doing all the heavy lifting with respect to applying for government rebate programs

    10 perfect windows installed in a half day!

    We are extremely happy with the professional service and product that Brock has offered us, right from the non-pressure beginning to the fabulous finish! When the salesman walked through our old house with thoughtful suggestions, we immediately made up our mind after comparison with five other companies, which some of them might offer slightly cheaper price, even so after we visited the showroom in Scarborough, where the fabulous products are better than what we were expecting! Although the scheduling for the installation was somewhat exhausting, the final installation was so much easier and painless than what we were expecting. The follow up calls were very thoughtful and we are definitely hiring Brock again when we are ready for other window projects in the future, highly recommended!

    Replacement of 8 windows

    We contacted Brock Doors & Windows when looking for a Green On Certified Contractor to replace 8 windows in our home. The Sales Representative was right on time, was knowledgeable and provided a fair price. The installers did a fantastic job with the installation and clean-up. Good Windows and excellent workmanship at a good price. I would not hesitate to use Brock Doors and Windows again.

    Window Replacement Install

    From start to finish, a great job. We were visited by the salesman, Bill, within a couple days of calling. He took the time to properly quote us and then showed us all the products in the showroom. The windows arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The installer not only agreed to install them on the May long weekend, but he actually came out with a crew on Sunday to do them when our Saturday appointment got rained out. Stefan, Viktor, Kemar and Tyler worked as a team to get the job done and done right. They were professional from start to finish. They know their job and did it well. Highly recommend them!

    Window Installation

    We went to the showroom in Scarborough where we were able to see the windows prior to ordering. When the salesperson showed up he was very knowledgeable and provided great advice. We were told it would be approximately 12 weeks but we received them in about 6 weeks. I would totally recommend Brock Windows to my friends and family. Jan

    Front Door Installation

    This was the first experience we had with Brock Doors and Windows. We had excellent service from ordering to installation. The staff was professional, quick and clean. Will recommend Brock Doors and Windows to friends and family.
