    Stunning New Windows

    My husband and I just had new windows installed in the front of our house. We chose Brock because they were a five-star company and we liked their ad in our local paper. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided - it was smooth and efficient - everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional- and the windows look fantastic! And thanks to the Green Ontario Fund the cost was not overwhelming. We are very happy with Brock Doors and Windows and would recommend them highly. Our experience was 100% pleasant and went very smoothly.

    Windows install started 1 year ago still not finished

    The experience with Brock is horrible. I wrote about the bad experience with my windows installation (approx 20 windows) started early June 2017. It's been a year, all windows were installed, but the job is still not finished. Window trims are still not done right in one of the room. Despite I was contacted by Brock Customer Relationship Manager last November, I'm not aware of follow through within the company to get the job done. I had to continue to initiate calls to chase after Brock service team and my Sales rep. Two main problems: 1) The install crew took a chuck out of my bathroom marble counter top and damaged my vanity when they install the window trim. I had to find people myself to replace and paid for the damaged counter top and Brock still has to pay me back. 2) Custom wood trim was installed OK in one room, but have problem with another room with similar layout. An decision was reached among myself, sale rep and service to reorder and install the custom wood trim in this one room. Despite the agreement, Brock single handed decide to change the decision to use MDF without any communication to me. Brock showed up to finish the install (2 months after our agreement) and told me MDF is the only solution. That's not acceptable as custom wood trim was installed fine in another room. Trying to get all this sorted out with Brock. Not a happy customer. I know who I will not use to do my doors.

    good products and execlent service

    I have gotten my six windows installed on 5/4/2018. The guys came here on time, Very good products and super professional installation service. the customer services are super nice. Highly Recommended

    Window installation

    I ordered 4 windows and found the price a bit higher than expected but service was great. Install was good and Intallers were pleasant and thorough completing the work. I would recommend brock windows

    Window Replacement

    Our salesman, Brain, was friendly and knowledgeable. He called both before and after the installation to see if we had any questions or concerns. After a scheduling conflict, the install team were on time and efficient. My house was left spotless and in great condition. The window itself is beautiful and has already made a difference in the temperature in the room.

    Door and Window Installation

    Renovation can be very stressful and its really nice when things go as planned with satisfactory work. I got my windows and a patio door replaced with Brock Doors and Windows this year. I want to say that I had the most pleasant experience. They were extremely friendly, very professional and efficient in their work. The entire process from selection to installation was very smooth. I’d recommend them as the best window company I've ever dealt with.

    Replacement of windows

    The sales person, no pressure. The installation was done clean and very professionally. These windows block out sound like a brick wall. They function very smoothly when opening and closing. Best company and windows

    Replacement of Bow Windows

    We recently had our bow windows in the living & dining rooms replaced with picture & casement windows by Brock. After accommodating our late request to change the installation date, the removal, installation & cleanup were completed smoothly and efficiently on the same day. The crew returned a couple of days later to install ivory capping around the windows. This followed a consultation with Brock about our desire for a consistent look with our other windows, plus an added bonus of covering over slight imperfections in the brick exterior caused over the years by the bow window roofs. We love our new windows ... great job!

    I was impressed with the work, they did an awesome job while keeping it very clean. It was done efficiently and I would recommend anyone to use their services. Excellent job.

    Windows

    Brock Windows and Doors installed six windows in my home. From ordering to installation, everything went smoothly. Thanks to Mike and his crew for doing a great job installing them. It is so nice to have windows that look great and also work.
