    Great bunch of window professionals

    Loved the entire process - from the first call to sales person Kevin Dwyer to installer Jim it was all so smooth and for the first time I don't have a "guilt feeling" !

    Replaced all top floor windows

    we were looking to replace our old windows with energy efficient ones and chose Brock Doors and Windows for the job. They have a highly experienced sales and installation team that did a fantastic job at my residence. I would highly recommend Brock Doors and Windows for future upcoming projects in their home.

    Windows Replacements

    We have had a wonderful experience buying our windows from Brock. Scott the salesman has a lot of experience and offered us a lot of good suggestions that we incorporated to increase the curb appeal of the house. We chose to go with Brock because of Scott. However once we did, we were glad, the whole Brock experience made it worthwhile. The window installers were very professional, curtious and polite. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the installers did not create a lot of dust or garbage when installing the windows. Understandably, you could see the old caulking fallen on the grass when replacing the windows. The installers cleaned up pretty good after themselves. The Brock team service is awesome, they called me up days before the installation, as well as the same day after the installation was done, to check up and see, if we were satisfied with the windows we had ordered and the installation. The after installation follow up by Brock a few weeks later, coupled with a survey has us really impressed, as we don't really see this kind of service in many industries. We would definitely recommend Brock windows to our friends and relatives.

    Doors and Windows

    Mark and Chase did a fantastic job on the install. I am very happy with the whole process , Brock is professional and courteous. They don't come in with high pressure sales or spend any time bad mouthing the competition. This is because the job they did and the product speaks for its self. Product was ordered and came in as promised. Steve who was our sales person was very easy to talk to. The install was great ( I watched it all ) but the finishing on the outside of the windows and the way they trimmed out the inside really let me know I made the right decision to go with Brock.     Doors and window

    The one thing I really hate is renovations Stefan and David made the job easy clean and fast. Thank you guys you are amazing great job I would highly recommend them and also call them up for any future reno projects thanks again Stephanie Tymcio

    Windows AND Doors!

    It pays to advertise! After three different quotes from various companies, we chose Brock for a number of reasons. The first was the professional presentation with ALL the answers. The second was the guarantee on both the doors and windows. The third was the superb installation ALL in two days, including the cleanup. Would love to have the work completed sooner but when the company is busy you have to be patient!

    Windows and Door Instillation

    Brock Doors & Windows Ltd. installed all of our windows and one doors in June 2017. Both their product and service is excellent. Firstly, the windows that they put in are extremely energy efficient. We noticed that when we are close to the windows, it is no longer cold when we are close to the windows and we also noticed a drop in our hydro and utilities bill. The windows also look amazing and professional and are easy to open and close. Their service is also professional. The guys that came in to install the windows and door did everything quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves and were able to answer all questions clearly. All in all, best place to get excellent quality doors and windows at an affordable price!

    Replaced 2nd storey windows and all my basement windows

    My mother in law replaced all of her basement windows and her second storey windows. Stefan and David were spectacular in doing the installation. They took the time at the end of the installation to go through the house with her and make sure that she understood how all of the windows worked and to inspect everything to ensure that it was to her satisfaction. I have windows in my home that require replacement and I will definitely be using Brock for the job.

    Windows

    We replaced all the windows in our house brick to brick. Brock was not the cheapest but they were by far the most professional and did the job on time as promised.

    Product and service

    Needed to replace entry and patio doors. We heard about the good service that Brock provides. We decided to contact the company to receive an estimate. We were impressed with the presentation and the knowledge of the sales representative. We decided to give Brock the business and we did not regret our decision. The installers were professional and courteous, and upon completion of the job the site was left clean. We are pleased with the product and service received from the company. Thanks Brock.
