We understand completely where your desire to upgrade came from, why should anyone have to suffer through cold winters and hot summers WITHIN their own home, with all the money spent on energy; your home should be able to protect you from the unwanted hassle of the elements. We truly appreciate your recognition of Tony, your appointed sales representative, for all his knowledge and true professionalism in assisting you with your final decision. Home renovations are a big deal, and can cause a lot of unwarranted stress and confusion on what is "too be or not too be" and it is truly lovely to see that Tony was a wonderful helping hand. Hello Ms. Chan, It is very unfortunate to hear of your consternation in regards to the workmanship preformed back in October. We'd like to apologize for the miscommunication you experienced but would like to assure you, as you stated, that you received everything as per your contract. It is stated in the top lefthand corner of your contract that you have received all Triple Glass windows, and it is unfortunate and perplexing to hear that you're noticing more external noise than before- which is something we hear on a truly seldom basis.
