    Installation of 2 Upstairs bedroom windows (above the garage)

    Our house is 20 years old and the two windows in the front room which is above the garage were in need of replacement as the room was always cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Although we had always painted and caulked these two windows they still looked pretty bad and were getting to be an eyesore. Brock Windows had replaced windows for my wife's aunt and had done and excellent job. We contacted Brock Windows in October 2016 and met with Tony Aguiar. We found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. He ordered 2 large Tree Triple Glaze Windows for us. We had our windows installed on January 5, 2017. The installers were friendly and professional and tidied up afterwards before leaving so that everything was great. It is now nice to go into that room. Whereas before that room was always cold in the winter it is now warm and the windows look great!

    windows

    Brock windows have been an excellent investment for us. The product is great - no drafts and no condensation! The service by Nick C and his crew has been superior on both occasions. This was our second house where we had the windows upgraded to the Brock product. The cost of the job was extremely competitive especially when compared to Sears and Pella. I highly recommend them as a trustworthy company that will deliver great service and a great product.

    Storm Door

    Brock Doors and Windows was a pleasure to deal with from the sales advisor, to the receptionist for booking the appointment, to the installation representatives. Brock made it extremely easy to make changes to my installation schedule upon my work schedule changing. The installers were professional and accommodating with requests and questions that I had.

    Pros

    A professional installation by Brock Windows and Doors. The installers knew what they were doing. No mess, no fuss. They were done in a couple of hours. Polite and friendly. The door looks great.

    New back door and window installation

    In December 2016, we had a new storm door in the back and a new bathroom window installed. Brock's sale rep. Ken was very prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He showed us various door/window options from his catalogues that suited both our style and budget. Ken was friendly throughout our appointment and once we made our style selection, gave us a detailed estimate on the spot. Our follow-up appointment to finalize all the details was informative and was thankfully scheduled to accommodate our busy schedules. The work itself was completed by two professionals, both of whom were polite, courteous and completed the job in a few hours. They cleaned up completely and took away our old door and window. Both my wife and I are extremely pleased with the work done by Brock and we will gladly use them again in the future.

    Window Replacement

    We had most of our Windows replaced in our 10 year old home because of excessive condensation and a feeling the house was cooler than expected during the winter months. After deciding to go with Brock Windows, we have been very pleased with our decision. Michael was our initial contact and he came to our home to do the initial measurements as well as answered our questions. He was great person to talk to and very knowledgeable. The installers came in the 2nd week of December and they were the same - no nonsense, doing the job the right way. They pointed out the Builders our house had not properly insulated the old windows. After the installation we noticed an immediate difference in the warmth of our house and no or little condensation on the new windows, even with our humidifier turned on. Great job from great people with a great product.

    6 Windows Replaced

    After getting 4 different quotes from a variety of companies, we decided to go with Brock Windows to replace our old bottom-sliding windows in almost every room in the house. A couple years previous we had had our bathroom window and two back windows replaced by another company, and they did such a bad job I was very cautious on selecting a new company to work with. The installation fellow from Brock even fixed the bad installation job of the previous installer. The final result we are very happy with. All the people who were in contact with us were helpful, professional and pleasant. The initial quote was a bit more than some of the other companies, but I wanted to go with the guaranteed service and reliable reviews that I had seen so far. We are super happy with the work.

    Front Door Replacement

    I had a new 34 inch front door and a storm door installed at the end of October and I am very pleased with both. The bigger door makes it so much easier to bring items into or take items out the house.

    Front Bay Window

    We had many windows and a front door that needed replacement but had to decide on highest priority and decided it was our Bay Window in the front of the house. We shopped around and had 4 quotes. Our sales person Scott, from Brock came to our house on schedule, took the time to explain the product thoroughly and gave us a couple of suggestions to work with. We decided based on price and Scott's professionalism that Brock had our business. Once the contract was signed John our installer came to do our final measurements. He was also very pleasant to deal with. Delivery and installation were almost right on schedule. John and his partner arrived earlier than planned and the installation went smoothly. They cleaned everything up and you would never know that we had had any work done at our house, other than a beautiful new window!! Thank you Brock Windows and Doors for a great experience and will definitely use again for our next project!

    Window Replacement

    Windows were installed in early October. I was expecting vinyl wrapped wood casings and was very disappointed when unpainted off colour wood ones were installed instead. I had clearly stated that I did not want to paint anything in discussions with the salesperson and the contract did not clearly say that I was not getting them nor that they do not carry that product. I now have to pay someone to paint the windows. I contacted the company the day after the install with my concern with the workmanship. Finally, on Jan 5, two staff came to inspect the windows and ended up patching the gaps in each of the corners of the 7 windows as there was not enough wood fill. One window casing was not fitted properly but there was no offer to fix it. The original installers could have done a better job if they had not come late and rushed the work. Also, even though the windows are supposed to be triple glass, I can hear more external noise than before I replaced the windows.
