    Window Replacement

    In the spring, I started seeing promotions for window replacement, and knowing most of my old windows were leaking, decided it was time. So I got quote from a number of companies, including the 'bigger' ones, who were a lot more expensive than Brock. I liked the Brock/NorthStar product, which was Canadian made, with a good reputation. I liked the warranty and individual serial numbers which should make any repairs easy. Soon after placing the order, the installer came and measured the windows. In August, about 6 weeks later, he came and installed them. All 12 were installed in a longish day, and everything was cleaned up and taken away. It too early to tell, but I'm hoping the new windows (triple glazed) will lower my heating bills.:-)

    New Windows

    We had all our windows replaced by Brock Doors and Windows and from Andrew the sales rep to Colin who installed it all in two days the experience was awesome they were always on time and professional people would tell me I have a friend who knows a guy who is cheap but we all know what happens when you know a guy who knows a guy. The service the warranty and the people at Brock are more than just that guy.

    Windows Installation

    We had 13 windows replaced in mid-December 2016. We are very pleased with the result. It took approximately two days to complete. The installers were very ‘quick and efficient’ and left no mess at all. Our previous windows were approximately 30 years old and in certain places you could feel the cold coming in. With these new windows, they are very well insulated and there are no drafts. While the windows were being installed we got a call from Brock to make sure everything ‘was going alright’ and if there were any problems gave us the contact information to call. (There were no problems.) Since the installation anyone who has visited has commented on how great they look. We highly recommend Brock Windows.

    Patio door, kitchen window

    ** I just want to say after I expressed my concerns, everyone at Brock bent over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction. Immediately, I heard from them regarding an install date and while it was a little later than originally discussed, it didn't matter. The install team just finished up this morning and it looks beautiful. One door handle was damaged in transit from the factory but they made note of that and it will be replaced. Overall, good job. I don't normally leave a bad review but I am hoping to at least solicit a response from the company regarding my installation. Our install was supposed to happen before Christmas or at the latest, the week after Christmas. Now I can't even get anyone to call me back or give me an answer on when this is going to happen. Standard size door and window, nothing custom. We contacted this company because of the reviews but have been disappointed by lack of follow up from the salesman, to the technicians taking measurements, to the customer service representatives that don't get back to you when they say they will. We haven't even made it to install yet! Was my order not large enough to matter? There won't be future orders at this rate.

    Complete House Window Replacement

    First of all, I like to thank Frank and his crew, for a superb clean, organized, efficient, and wonderfully quiet experience. They came in, explained the plan, and we barely knew they were there. They left the house clean at the end of each day, and addressed any concerns we had right away, explaining anything we didn't understand. Frank went out of his way to ensure we were happy, and pleased with every single window. Having 26 windows, replacing 15 sills, and most of our windows being larger than average, it was quite a big project. We definitely recommend Brock, and a tip from us, try to get Frank's team. I'm sure all their teams are great, but Frank just did a phenomenal job. - Amir

    Window Replacement

    Needed a window replaced quickly so did not bother getting other quotes. Salesman was straight forward and personable; office staff were fine; men working on window very efficient and polite. Replacement took just under 3 hours. The only negative is that they want you to indicate your experience on the invoice before they leave. Since I have no other experiences to compare this to I have given them a 4 star rating. However, I would contact them again.

    new doors- kitchen, mud room & garage

    I am very pleased with my new Brock doors. The first man (Tony) knew exactly what I wanted and was a great help picking out the type of door needed for each spot. Everything went smoothly from the measuring to the instalation . The installers were quick to do their job and the clean-up was fantastic. They were all very polite and took pride in doing a good job.

    installation of two windows that were not a regular size

    We called other installers who were very expensive for less window. I called Brock and got the quote that did not change. Installation was professional and work site kept clean and work was very clean. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

    Custom Entry Door

    We had a wonderful experience with Brock. From the initial sale to installation, I don't remember our crews name's but they are definitely craftsmen. They had no issues explaining anything to us about what they were doing and they left the home exactly how it was when they arrived, which was well unexpected since we underwent a home reno. Everyone was kind and courteous and had no problems answering questions I had,, obviously going into a renovation for the first time makes you a little timid but the results were great and I wouldnt even hesitate to call Brock again, everything was doneperfectly and just as we hoped. Not to mention our new front door is pretty appealing especially given what a crap nightmare our last door was, cant say i miss it. Thanks Brock and team you did a great job!

    Bay window installation

    I had an excellent experience with Brock Doors and Windows yesterday. The 2 installers arrived between the hours they said they would and Mark explained exactly what he would be doing. His partner shoveled his way around the back and when I started to apologize for not having shoveled Mark stated not to worry about it as it is part of their job. Mark took his time removing the old window and installing the new. He was pleasant when I came around to see the progress and he engaged me in conversation. They brought drop cloths and were careful when walking through my home. They also did an excellent clean up job!!! I would recommend this company to my family and friends. I love my new window!! Thank you Brock Doors and Windows!!!!
