Replacement Windows
Stellar! Edward the installer is THE MAN!!!! We got a quote in August and went to the showroom. Kevin Howat was brilliant, and showed us different options. Edward the installer came the next week and recommended a retrofit as opposed to replacement and saved us 1600.00. The windows were ready a month earlier than expected, and Edward and his sidekick were professional, on time, and took care to respect our home. He takes pride in his work and it shows. The aluminum capping looks great, and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Brock, this is the second time we have used your services but not the last.

Window and door installation
Stephan was one of the most hardworking contractors who has done work in my home. He replaced my windows and doors with so much care and dedication, that I will definitely ask for him again, when I need future work done. Thank you for a job well done Stephan!

Window Replacement
It has been a pleasure dealing with this company - from Sales (Sandy) to installation (Stefan). Stefan and his crew did a great job keeping the site clean and providing lots of insights. We love our new windows and have received many compliments from friends and neighbours! I had done my homework getting quotes from a few companies and Brock had the best product, service and price. Another happy customer.

Doors installation
Stefan and his assistant arrived at my home at the arranged time. I had a good impression of them because they installed drop sheets on the carpet leading to the patio doors at their work areas. The workmanship installing two patio doors was very good. They were very polite and answered questions asked of them pertaining the installation. I would definitely recommend Stefan to my friends who purchase windows or doors from Brock.

window install
The process went very smoothly, steve the salesman was very helpful in helping us , with window type etc, Stefan and kemar were polite and respectful, they put floor mats down and cleaned up after, would be happy to have them again to install and will definitely use brock

replacement of 2 large windows
My large living-room and dining-room windows needed replacing. They were of the old design with the lead ballasts. Murat and his partner arrived when they said that they would. They worked thoroughly and cleanly. They were also very professional. I am now the owner of two beautiful windows. Even my neighbours have commented on them. Thank you Murat and partner and of course Brock windows. I have already recommended your company to several people.

additional doorstops for my 2 doors I purchased a number of years ago
I previously purchased doors and windows from Brock. Best purchase I made for my house. After many years, I was now in need of bottom doorstops for my 2 doors. Like my original purchase, Brock came through again. The installer was super and I'm looking forward to a cold winter. Everything about Brock has been A1.

Replaced 7 windows & 2 patio doors
I contacted Brock Doors & Windows Inc. after seeing their ad on a flyer with a 30% end of summer sale. After three other assessments and quotes from different companies, Walter was very informative and was not pushy like the other two associates or aloof like the first company I contacted. Afterward, Eugene came for the second measurements and we knew our project was in good hands. He was very knowledgeable about what his plan of action was and where he might have difficulty with our old house where nothing was ever straight or square. The installation date came one week sooner than we anticipated, just in time for the colder weather. Eugene and Asror were very thorough, efficient and considerate of our home's cleanliness. They used drop cloths, an h-vac, and garbage drums and did their best to clear their work site of debris and dust. A few minor details include dirty hand prints on the walls around work sites and nicks on our newly painted front porch. Not an issue given the nature of the job, ie. heavy lifting, etc. Most importantly, they were able to save the stained glass window above our main floor big bay window, hopefully to be hung on display at a later time. All in all, we are very happy with the job done. It was exactly as quoted at one day and a half. The windows and doors look fantastic and it's like we're in a new house. Looking forward to our first draft-free winter since moving in 2011. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends. In fact, several neighbours asked for their info while on the job on day one. Seven retrofit white North Star windows (triple-paned argon gas) and two patio doors for $8,500? Heck of a deal! Despite being based in Brampton, we appreciated them coming to Toronto's west end. All the best, guys!

Bow Windows Supplied and Installed
We are Brock Windows fans with 2 previous installations to this one. We rated them 10 each time. Our two sets of old bow windows (dining and living rooms) were installed 25 years ago and they began separating; also one pane had cracked. The new windows have triple panes and look great. Brock's project manager co-ordinated a convenient installation date. The 2 person crew carefully removed the old ones and gave the new ones a professional installation. The Canadian Made product is a very high quality.

Replace 5 basement / lower level windows
They replaced all of neighbour's upper level windows. Product quality and workmanship were excellent, so I hired them to do mine. Installation was by "Stefan" et al, with same product quality and workmanship. Excellent job! Highly recommend them.
