The estimate was 4-10 weeks. Brock had my install completed exactly 5 weeks after my contract was signed.
Dorian was the sales rep and Gino was the site foreman. I did 10 brick-to-brick triple glass windows, 4 retrofit double glass basement windows and 1 patio door.
Dorian measured the windows and emailed a detailed quote with diagrams and options for each individual window and door. He had no issues changing the options and sending new quotes via email. Dorian was quite patient and helpful, as I went through 4 revisions over a 2-week period before I was content with the configuration.
Gino did final measurements a week after my deposit to ensure the right sized windows were ordered. On install day, Gino showed up with another crew member at 9am and began the install. Drape cloths were laid through out the house. My install was scheduled to take 2 days, but 4 hours in had a very good pace so Gino called-in to have a 3rd worker dispatched. The crew asked my permission to stay a little later to complete the install in a day, to which I gladly agreed. By 7pm, all interior and exterior work places were cleaned, vacuumed and swept (as necessary).
Gino did 2 walk throughs with me to confirm the install was to my satifaction. I will gladly give Brock a call again when it is time to change my entrance and garage doors.
