    New windows instalation

    Great workmanship. They guys showed up on time, were professional and cleaned up nicely. Makes a big difference on the look and the efficiency of the windows are awesome. Last year they changed all my basement windows and this year 2 of the upstairs one. Next year next project . !

    Terrible customer service...no one will even call us back after large home install

    Long story short, Brock did a large install for us (42 windows) in May of 2020..since then we have had several issues and can't even get a call back from them..once they have your money they disappear! So much for warranty...there isn't one! My husband put up a review expressing this and they sent us an email right away that they would contact us asap..that was 3 months ago..again..no action, no callback..nothing..worst customer service we have had from any company..ever. We highly suggest you go somewhere else for window needs!!!

    Superb in warranty and quality

    In 2017 I got Brook Doors and Windows to do the back and side windows of the house. The patio door too. Got a free upgrade to triple pane windows and enjoyed an additional discount for getting about 10 windows done. The North Star windows and doors they install are superb in warranty and quality. You get what you pay for and I wouldn't settle for any other brand. This year, 2020, we got an oversized arch window and few other old windows replaced in the front of the house and again couldn't be happier. Looks great, and the noise of the neighbors car is eliminated. So now the entire house has been completed. Best investment I'v put into the house!

    Bedroom windows, bathroom window and front door

    We had Brock door and window install 2 bedroom windows, bathroom and our front door. We have used Brock before and this time as always it was a stress-free experience. Brock is very professional and the installers were excellent. I would recommend Brock for your windows and doors!

    Patio Door & Basement Window

    Absolutely THRILLED with my new patio door. Honestly they were the only company out of so many others that had the solution to make the door fit so perfectly. They then did my basement window very professionally and quickly. Thank you so much.

    Professional install of patio doors

    My patio doors were installed in a quick and efficient manner. The installer was polite and cleaned up after himself. There was no damage to my interior trims, walls or paint. My doors are beautiful loved the final product!

    Custom Window Order

    I purchased 3 custom windows to install ourselves. Patrick was professional and got back to me with a quote right away. He placed the order in a timely manner and it came in when expected. We are happy with our purchase. Thanks Brock Doors and Windows!

    basement windows and front door

    Had 3 windows installed and was very pleased with the installation. We also ordered a front entrance door and we were told at the last minute there was some kind of issue with it and that they would get back to us regarding the new date of installation, but we have not heard back from them. Very disappointed with customer service not returning our calls.

    Window Won't Open

    I like my new windows, especially the front room bow window. It'd like it even better if I could OPEN it. The latch was put behind the shutter frame!!! What good is that?

    Brutal Customer Service

    This was our second time using Brock. First used them in 2010 and it was an amazing experience. 9 years later and they are a much different company (purchased windows in January 2019, install June 2019 and final completion wasn't until October 2019). We had some issues with install and the customer service was atrocious. They couldn't care less about you or keeping your business. We reached out to the Director of Operations who never replied and more recently the General Manager who took no ownership for the lack of customer service. Find yourself another company who values their customers and prides themselves on quality.
