    Casement windows

    We ordered8 large casement windows for our second floor addition. The process from having a Brock rep come for exact measurements, to finalizing a time line to having the windows installed went very smoothly. The installers were excellent and the entire site, inside and out, was totally clean when they left. This is the second time we have used Brock and we would go back to them again.

    Replacing all windows in old farmhouse/ patio door

    Dealing with Justin was amazing. It was in 2019 and he walked us through the project with ease. We wanted to keep the integrity of the old house and Brock did so with no issues. A year later...we needed a patio door and another window....used Brock but felt the customer service was lacking. Justin was not our contact. We had to follow up constantly...if price wasn’t favourable would have used another company.

    New windows

    Brock windows did a fabulous job on our windows. We are a repeat customer. They made the process easy and we were very comfortable with dealing with them. Would recommend to anyone!!!

    New Patio Door

    A few years back we used Brock Windows to replace our house windows but we did not do our patio door. This year it was time to update it to match and we are very happy with the customer service from the sales rep Brian, scheduler and the installers. The quality of the North Star patio door has been excellent and we have immediately noticed how much warmer our kitchen has been as the weather has gotten colder.

    Professional & Personable

    The team at Brock has been more than helpful over the years. Our salesman was Tony and he was professional and personable. Last month was the third time we used the company with our last 3 windows installed, and now our whole house is Brock windows. The technicians were polite and showed up on time - always communicating where they were in the process. There was a minor mixup with the windows they brought, but they corrected the mistake right away. As for the windows, there are no more drafts in the house - very good quality.

    Great job, Brock

    As we have much faith in Brock from doing business before, we went ahead and had them do our current project. I find they are reliable, good with follow-up when I have any concerns and reasonably priced. The staff were all polite and accommodating even going the extra mile to assist me.

    replacing a builders window

    cottage promised my wife that I would replace any of the original windows with the best from Brock I think we might be doing business for some years to come.

    Returning customer, impressed and satisfied again

    I had 3 companies quote me to replace my patio door, all three were reputable and well known companies. Understandably different technologies were at different price point. Brock’s offer was the best fit for my situation. I had Brock replace my garage door several years ago and their price was competitive, even better than some lesser known companies. I was impressed then and I was satisfied again this time around.

    New windows and doors in Mississauga

    We had Brock windows installed in our bedrooms about 4 years back. Called the sales rep who visited and measured all windows and doors on the main level. Went to the showroom to pick out our fancy front door with glass and metal inlay. Windows matched the bedroom windows designs. Total changed 8 windows including a very large living room bay window, patio door and front door. All Northstar triple glazed windows. Good installation crew. Very happy with the look and feel. Took about 3 months from placing the order to install which seems reasonable given the Covid situation and the door was unique. Love the look of the windows and doors - neighbors complemented the look too.

    Sales OK, Installation OK, Poor Post-Sale Support, Non-Existent Customer Support...

    Pre-sales was great, sales person was friendly. Ordered a nice door and window unit with expensive finishings, probably over paid, but I liked the sales person. Upon delivery, wrong parts were delivered - the specific finishings I asked for were not installed on the door. Unfortunately I noticed this after my old door and windows were taken down. Brock was not able to deliver on what I wanted - the parts were not available with my specific combination. It took months of negotiations and involvement with the BBB before it was resolved. Since then, the product has since failed multiple times due to defects. I have had multiple service calls, problem is that each time it takes 3 to 6 months to get a replacement. Not only that, their supplier routine screws up orders - wrong parts, defective parts, etc. Also, service department is hard to reach, does not call back, takes weeks of phoning to get a status update. I've had to call service 3 or 4 times - so yes, I've spent years dealing with Brock... Brock looks good up front, but Brock ultimately fails to deliver.
