Great widows, very professional installers,very clean. Sales person was very professional too. I would recommend this product. I did shop around for a long time before deciding to use them.

I recently decided to replacement windows in my new home since I noticed alot of ice build up on the inside in the winter. In my previous home, I contacted and had new windows installed by Brock Doors and Windows. I was so satisfied with their service and knowledge, I decided to find the company again, as I knew they would be right company for my new home. Looking forward to replacing all the windows left from Brock Doors and Windows Inc.

Kevin, from Brock Windows (Brampton) sold us new windows for the entire house approximately 6 years ago. It only made sense to call upon him again when we decided to change a window to a patio door in our bedroom. Once again, his professionalism and salesmanship was outstanding. In addition, the installatation, which took place (Aug 21/13), was done on time, the installers were there exactly when they said they would be, were in touch with me so I felt I was totally in the loop (before, during and after the install). Mike and his crew of two, were so professional, left the room in a total clean manner. When I arrived home, I can't describe how pleased I was at the workmanship ... and the end result. Thank you, Kevin and Mike, and the crew .... I couldn't be more happier!!! Will have no hesitation in recommending Brock to anyone!!!

This review is to inform the management of Brock & Windows of the excellent service and installation that I have recently experienced. Mr. Bill Kovacks met with me and my wife in mid June of this year to initiate the process by explaining in detail North Star products and the assurances and reputation of your company. I had taken the time previously to investigate other companies and the costs involved which proved to be competitive. However, Bill Kovack's professionalism, patience and diligent care to answer all our questions and explain your product quality is not only commendable but made our decision much easier. After taking measurements of all the windows to be replaced, discussing the different types of window styles and openings available, and providing a cost; we were able to make the right informative decision for our family. The window installation occurred in the second week of August 2013. As promised, all of the old windows and trash associated with the installation process were cleaned up and removed. I am very impressed with the quality of construction of the windows and with the professional attitude of all of the people whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Brock Windows & Doors during the service and installation process, and I would recommend their services to anyone who are interested in upgrading windows in their homes.

I chose Brock because of their high ratings on HomeStars. The job was pretty good - definitely satisfactory. The installer had to come back to realign the patio screen door because it was slanted after the initial installation. Overall, the job was done well but nothing exceptional above what would be expected for a good install.
