I'd like to say many thanks for the great job I received from the company last week. The salesperson, Robert, provide me the best opportunities for the installation of windows and doors which fits me with both: quality and price. The quality of windows and doors was really brilliant. No any damages or rejections. The installer, Victor, left the place very clean and did a professional job as well! Thanks for accurate and qualified installation and polite and really fast service! I'll appeal to this company's help again next time for sure!

Very knowledgeable sales rep - who helped with decision making and was not pinching pennies...Rough estimation for job to be done was about 8 weeks and Brock took only 5 weeks which is very nice of 'em.Installation team came right on time and professional,thorough and clean installation was done under 3 hours...I could not be happier !!! This is the way to go Brock !!! Highly Recommended !!!

I should start by saying that i picked this company based on their HomeStars reviews. That said, we have many great experiences with HomeStars companies. I would like for readers of these reviews to look at my other reviews. I find it terribly interesting that most reviews of this company are people that have only reviewed this company. There are two reviews on this page that have more than one company and they both are not 10 out of 10. I would also like to add that the reno / addition was not done at the same time so that has nothing to do with the terrible work that Brock did. That said, I would never use or refer this company again. The experience was terrible. The sales guy and the installer didn't get along. The installer made MANY mistakes, so much so that the door manufacturer had to come and fix his mistakes on the front door. The installer measured wrong and the sales guy tried to blame us. I phoned the president of the company to complain (and had to leave a message) about the issues and he simply had the sales guy call me, no call back to confirm that it went well. The big window at the front of our home was installed incorrectly with the middle curved into the home. The installer got into arguments with other trades on our job site. Oh and the trim that we ordered with the curved window that we purchased could not be matched even by the window manufacturer. Run away. Do not use this company. P.S. Still waiting for my call from the company executive....

Thanks to Bill K. He was very helpful and at a great price he helped me to choose what looked best to suit my house. The door installation was installed to perfection and looks great. I would highly recommend Bill to quote you on your door or windows. I was so impressed, I had no interest in getting other quotes, and just contracted for new windows. Thanks Bill...you are a blessing!

Recently, we decided to have some windows and a door replaced in our home. After checking competitors prices and how their product is manufactured, we decided to go with Brock Windows and Doors. The installation team (Riza) were courteous and did a fantastic job. We are considering replacing the rest of our windows and will definitely use Brock to do the job again.

We had family use Brock and our neighbour as well and they both spoke well of Brock. I liked the workmanship at both locations. Bill Kovacs our salesperson was very helpful and the installers were clean and professional. They started in the morning and they were done by five.

We recently had all our windows replaced - triple pane for energy saving and exterior noise reduction - The sales rep Bill K. was professional and very pleasant. The installer Mike was very experienced and did a great job. Our windows look beautiful and we are very pleased. We highly recommend Brock and will use them again for future projects. We purchased all of our new windows and a patio door from Brock. We are extremely satisfied with them. They are Cdn. made and will elevate the resale value of our house. The windows and door were installed in one day by a very professional crew who did an excellent job.

We recently had brick-to-brick replacement of windows. The installers were punctual, skilled, and efficient. The job was completed within one day with no issues whatsoever. We were grateful for the quality and condition of the interior trim as it was well-primed and required minimal painting. This is the second time we have used Brock Windows in the past couple of years and we would happily recommend them to others.
