We had 8 windows replace upstairs in our home. The installers were very professional. They came in and when directly to work. When finish their cleaning job was well done.

On three occasions we got Kevin (the Brock Sales Rep) to give us a quote on a new Front Door, 2 Patio Doors and just last month we had a new kitchen window installed. On all three occasions Kevin came to our house and discussed our options and immediately gave us a quote. The Brock sales rep (Kevin) came to see us on a Sunday evening and spent two hours discussing options and issues that might come up in the installation of new windows in our 110-year old house. He was very professional and gave me a quote on the spot. I felt completely comfortable paying a deposit and contracted him for the project. The windows arrived 8 weeks later, as promised, and they were even nicer than I expected. The installer, Mirko, arrived on time and even though he initially expressed concern about the difficulty of the project, he had all 12 windows installed by the end of the first day, the front door installed by the second day and then did the finish trimming and sealing, both inside and outside all windows by day three. The final product looks spectacular and with the triple-pane option the house is really quiet which is important since we live on a busy street. I purchased 17 windows last year and they were installed on time by great installers who not only cleaned up after themselves, Amry and his crew were a pleasure to have in my home. They delivered what Sandy promised. One year later I had a seal failure, I made 1 phone call and 2 weeks later they came back and replaced it. I'm impressed. SB. Thornhill. i

Despite my requiring a custom sized door, the order was still completed in a timely manner. The quality of the installation was outstanding. The installer ensured that I was happy with every aspect of the door. He took his time and made sure the job was done right the first time. I was very happy with my entire experience from the time the friendly rep came to visit me at my home to the completion of the installation. I would highly recommend Brock Doors. Two thumbs up!!

When we decided it was time to finally replace the 3 original exterior doors on our renovated house, we selected Brock because of other work done in the neighbourhood and also selection of doors that I viewed in the showroom. We were very pleased with the expertise of the sales person Chris when he visited the house as he explained our options to retrofit without causing damage to our stucco or interior walls plus what would work best for improvement in energy, aesthetics, and safety. The installation crew was very dedicated to getting the job done right especially as it was a retrofit. We were pleasantly surprised how well they did the final clean-up in the house and spending the time to perfect the minor details like the trim and installing the locks and handles. In the last few weeks we have had a dozen neighbours stop by to tell us how nice the new doors are. It has made a huge improvement to the look of the house.

Amazing service, We happened to come in at a time when there was a special sale on and did exceptionally well. Appreciated the sales help in selection, concerning style and type etc. We were told it would probably take 3 days for installation and it only took 2. The gentlemen installing were very efficient and did a great job. We can not believe the difference in our house. The first thing that struck me was how quiet it was inside, the street noise was minimized greatly. All the windows work great, we now have french patio doors, we love, and my wife has the gorgeous glass front door that she has always wanted. No doubt will save money on our heating bill. Firstly it was hard for me to even get a quote for my windows because it was considered more of a sunroom. I called Brock and Brian came and gave me a quote and all the information I needed. We decided to go with Brock, they seemed knowledgeable and professional. Although the work was a little later getting started than I would have liked, once they started the job was done quickly and professionally. Everything was finished beautifully, their carpenter did a beautiful job putting all the finishing trim up. John Nolet , president of the company, supervised the entire job. We are very pleased with our new windows.
