The estimate was very quick reliable trustworhy. The installer came on his own because his partner was sick. He completed all the work in a efficient and fast manner. I was happy that he cleaned up after himself

With hundreds of window companies to choose from, we were apprehensive about whom to select to replace our leaky windows. However, after researching HomeStars, it quickly became evident that Brock was the top company recommended. Even though we got three quotes, it ended up being an easy decision to choose Brock Home Improvements to do the job and we have been rewarded with excellent service, excellent sales, excellent installation, excellent product and excellent follow-up. From the first meeting with our sales rep, Pat, we knew we were in for professional and honest advice. The installer, Edward, was also extremely professional and skilled. As Pat did, Edward loved his job and was proud of his work for Brock. Our windows are quality, backed by Window Wise and the talk of the street! This was our best experience in dealing with renovators and/or contractors over the last ten years. Brock delivers and we are very glad we chose them. Everyone should give Brock consideration.

Some time ago I had to renovate the bedroom windows. I turned into Brock, which did an excellent job. We had Brock install new windows and doors after a neighbor referred them to us. Sandy the salesmen was very patient and knowledgeable with no pressure. The installers Amery and his helpers were very friendly, and worked in our home as it was there own. The house and yard was left clean, the windows and new front door looks great. Thanks Guys. Brock Home Improvement Products is an exceptional company from start to finish and we would give it our highest recommendation to anyone planning to replace windows. We recently replaced all our old windows and front door (25 years old)) with new energy efficient ones. After researching window companies we decided to go with Brock. Mike Nolet, the sales rep, was not only very knowledgeable, but extremely helpful with advice, making sure we got the windows that really suited our needs. The North Star windows that his company provides are among the most energy efficient ones available and the final estimate price was most reasonable given the quality of the windows. The windows arrived earlier than the promised time. The installers, John and his team, were just as impressive and exceptional as Mike. They installed all 22 windows quickly and efficiently within 2 days, with minimal disruption in our lives. The workmanship on the new window frames was excellent and they clearly took great care during removal and installation, since there were no damages to surrounding walls, shrubs, garden beds etc. despite a number of difficult window installations. They were meticulous in cleaning up each night before going home. Finally, Mike came by the same evening after the installation was completed to inspect the work and made sure that we were entirely happy and satisfied. This is an exceptional company from start to finish. Our highest recommendation.

I strongly recommend not hiring this company. Before we hired them to replace all of our doors and windows, we made it clear to the salesman that we wanted to have the window sills completely replaced, and he agreed. We didn't know the name for it at the time, but this means that they were to provide a "brick-to-brick" window replacement. Brock instead provided insert windows (cheaper) and left the old sills in place, complete with the old hacked-off mullions. To cover up the old sills and mullions, they installed the new window frames flush with the interior walls. We were unhappy with the insert windows because the glass size is reduced by about 2.5 inches in each dimension. Also, the windows installed flush with the interior walls (i.e., with no sills) looked really bad from the inside. When we complained, all they would agree to is to push the windows out to provide a sill, and to nail a one quarter inch thick strip of wood to cover up the old mullion and sill. This didn't help the looks of the windows much since they only pushed the windows out enough for a one inch sill, and used a one inch wide strip to cover up the old sill. A one inch sill is not sufficient, and the quarter inch strips looked unprofessional. The owner, John Nolet, was unsympathetic and argumentative. I ended up having to re-install all the windows and re-do the exterior aluminum trim myself, and to buy and install new interior sills, casings and trim. This was a horrendous experience.

Brock Sales Rep (Terry) was great, recommending specific types of windows for each room. He then closed the deal by offering what no other vendor we spoke to, could do....provide us with oak trim. The installation crew was fantastic, working quickly and effectively to finish all new windows the first day, leaving the second day to tackle the big bay window. Although challenging, they installed the bay making it look fantastic. We were also very pleased at how they thoroughly cleaned the job site each evening before leaving. We couldn't be happier with all the services that Brock Home Improvements provided and will definitely recommend them to others.

I asked Brock Windows to come in to see if I could get the hardware to replace the window my son's friend sat on, the ones that fold in so you can clean them. Their office tried to help me over the phone and through e-mail when I was trying to explain what I needed. I believe it was John that came out and showd me it can't be fixed, because the whole frame had been twisted. he then sent in his man o take measurements etc. Within weeks maybe 5, it was replaced, good as new. Received a request in the mail for the warranty, ssent that back, knowing that all my windows and doors are covered, its just another piece on mind.( doesn't cover kids sitting on). With the home improvement credits, this was just alittle something that can be added on.

From the initial sales consultation with Eric Rekus, I was sold on going with Brock. I was going to seek out another quote but after Eric's sales pitch, I was convinced I never needed one. No regrets with this decision. Tony, the lead installer, came by to measure within a few weeks. I called up Brock's office to ensure my doors and windows will be installed before we leave on an extended vacation and they assured me yes. Tony and his crew, Ryan and Steve, showed up on the set dates and completed the job with flying colors. Professional installation and care was taken with every install. Tony was patient with my new door and storm door installation, ensuring everything was in place. The crew swept up after their job and discarded my old windows and doors. Windows and doors look very good and I am totally 100% satisfied. Great job, Brock .. and the Norh Star tripled pane Windows were exceptional and I got them at no extra costs! Great service as well.
