    12 New Windows + Patio Door

    Overall, our experience with Brock Doors & Windows was excellent, and we are very happy with our 12 new windows + patio door. We had a little concern arise when our installation date was changed the day before our scheduled installation; however, Adriana quickly rectified and managed to get our job rebooked within the week. The installers were an amazing crew - Gino, Kirk and Adam - professional, knowledgeable and friendly. On the installation day, I also received a call from Brock to make sure everything was going smoothly and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Brock Doors & Windows.

    Windows

    Very pleased with the windows they make the rooms warmer. The installers were very friendly and polite, however, the cauking job was uneven and they left finger prints for us to clean. In their defence the day was very cold and it snowed heavily while they did the garage. Not a good day to install windows.

    unfortunate experience lead to refund of deposit

    Initially I had a good visit for in home estimate. I went down hill after that. After confirming my order and providing my deposit of over $2k, I waited 4 months before I reached out to check in on what was going on. I had to follow up 3x before getting my official measurement in home meeting. After that I didn't hear anything for weeks. Expecting install for October I had to call again to find out, still no response. Finally I got in touch with my initial representative only to find out they were having issues internally with my project. Another month went by, I continued to have to chase until I finally asked for my $ back! no window not a positive experience with this company. Nobody seemed to know what was going on!

    doors and windows

    Stefan, Ben and Jorge were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing and worked well as a team. They answered our questions and explained the workings of the products to us. Left our home clean.

    New storm/screen door.

    My experience with Brock Doors and Windows was quite positive. The salesman was informative and friendly and about a week later, measurements were taken as promised. My only concern was that it took almost four months ( July 19 to November 16) to install the door and that I had to call twice to set up a date for installation because no-one called back after the initial contact. Regardless, the overall experience was great. The door is perfect and the installer was more than capable and very friendly. I would certainly recommend your company and I have no hesitation in calling again. Well done, Brock! Kevin O'Connor

    new patio door

    So far I am pleased with my new patio door. It seems to be more energy efficient than my last one. The price was comparable to other companies. The installers used drop cloths which I appreciated.

    Bay window

    I am very satisfied with their work. From the sale person to the coordinator & the installer. They are very professional, courteous & offer their services if needed if you have any problem. The quotation was done in details. The installers are miticuolos in their work & clean the premises after the work was done.

    A Pleasant Window Install

    A first time pleasant renovation has prompted me to write my first review. We need to replace 10 rotting windows unit in our house in Unionville. The Ontario GreenON rebate was also an incentive. After talking to friends, doing research, getting quotes from contractors, we decided to enlist Brock windows for the job. The North Star windows are top quality. The Brock windows team is what made this experience pleasant and bearable rather than stressful and hair- pulling as with previous renos. Phillip, from the Scarborough branch, helps with the window selection and was honest about the whole process. The price for the windows and installation was good. The window measurer came on time. The scheduler accommodated to my schedule and tells us how to prepare for the installation. The installation crew laid down carpet and floor protecting mats. They installed the 10 window units, cleaned up all the mess and left midafternoon. All the windows fit perfectly. The trim material and workmanship was excellent. There was even an after service call just to check if there was any issues. Tashi from head office help me with the Ontario Green claim. I would use Brock Windows to replace the rest of the windows in the future. What a great team of people.

    Garden doors, Patio door and Front door

    We had 3 doors replaced in our home and love them! The process with Brock Windows has been a good experience, our salesman answered our question and was very helpful. Unfortunately I had to contact Brock windows to find out when they would be coming to install as it was months and hadn’t heard from them. Our installers were efficient and out in a timely manor, but the cleanup could have been better. They did use drop cloths but the floor was crusty with mud and the vacuuming job was not the best. They left behind wood and some cleanup outside as well. The caulking job outside is a little messy and on our siding but overall the job itself looks great!
