    12 Windows Replaced

    Just had 12 windows replaced and we would recommend Brock to everyone whatever they tell you from start to finish is exactly what is done. Brock called us 4 weeks in advance to let us know when our installation days would be as they needed 2 days to complete our house and they called the day before to confirm that they would be at our home by 8:30am and they were. The installation team was awesome, very friendly and were cleaning through out the whole 2 days!!!!!

    Five windows and two doors installed

    The whole experience was great from the estimator to the installers. The installation went amazing. The installers did a great job despite the older home that had its quirks. They were very particular with the job they did and my windows look amazing! The only downside was there was no communication as to when my installation would take place. I was told 8-12 weeks and I had to contact Brock at 15 weeks to see what was happening. That’s the only disappointment on my end.

    Windows Replacement

    Brock Windows informed me in advance regarding the time schedule of the installation. The installers arrived at my home punctually. The installers were doing a swift and clean job to install the windows and finished before 5:00pm for 10 windows. The finishing work is good and the windows quality is exceptional. I am totally satisfy with Brock and would recommend to other people.

    Four Houses worth of Windows!

    We recently used Brock windows to do windows at 4 houses. The service was amazing from start to finish. I got five quotes before I started these projects. Before the quotes came in, I had already decided on Brock. Much to my surprise, beyond being the friendliest and most professional, they were the least expensive! All steps of the process were smooth, professional and exceeded expectations. Shane did an amazing job at the install, couldn't ask for a better person to work on my houses!

    Replacement of windows and patio door

    Brock Doors and Windows replaced all the windows on the upper floor of our house in 2016, and several more windows plus our patio door this month. Our sales representative, Sandy, was friendly and knowledgeable, and able to answer all of our technical questions about the window specifications. He gave us his recommendations with no hard sell, and with attentiveness to our ideas. The installer in 2016, Eugene, worked efficiently and with great care about details; I have never seen such a neat caulking job! He faced a bit of a challenge installing one of the windows, which was situated above a pergola covered with a large wisteria vine, but he managed with ingenuity to get around that problem. The installation team for this year, led by Matt, also worked competently and efficiently. They too faced some challenges, in this case removing three basement windows which had been over-firmly attached to the interior walls. They went the extra mile to ensure that all was tidy and secure, putting in several hours of additional work on a second day. We are very pleased with Brock, and would highly recommend the company.

    Replacement storm door

    From the very pleasant saleman to the efficient and very competent installation man, my experience with Brock windows was completely positive. I had a quote from another company that was closer to my home and Brock’s price was much better. I highly recommend this company.

    Excellent Job

    Brock Windows did an Excellent job in replacing our old and sweaty windows. The communication prior to the installation were clear and precise. The installers did a very good job.Drop.cloth was put on the floor.They clean during and after their j ob.They installed it Professionally.I was really impressed! !!!Even if the windows are hard to reach or in an awkward position, they somehow manage to find ways to do the job.Caulking was clean.no drips. Brock also gives you a follow-up call after the installation. So if you have concerns,I guess it will be dealt with right away. My home is much warmer and much brighter now. Thanks BROCK WINDOWS.

    Windows Makeover

    The Brock crew, Stephan, Ben and George did a great job installing the windows. They worked very quickly and made sure the windows were perfectly fitted, and cleaned up all areas they worked. Brian followed up with a phone call and there was a final inspection. Job well done!

    Project

    I needed my basement windows replaced and saw an ad in the local newspapers. The ad was very appealing and so I contacted Brock windows.My order was placed and Nov.8th. two very nice and professional gentlemen came and replaced my windows. Extremely happy and satisfied with the work that was done.
