A raccoon was trying to get into our house through an opening in our roof. I called Chris and he was able to come out the same evening to look at the situation. He was really nice, very professional and pleasant. I was so worried because it was my first time dealing with something like this and he reviewed the situation and assured me that it's not a problem; he can handle it. Chris was able to cover the opening of the roof that same day so the animal could not get into the house. I would definitely recommend Chris and Ricky to anyone. They are both really nice and professional.

I was convinced we had critters living in my roof. Chris responded very quickly to my call and after a thorough assessment informed me that my roof is critter free. He provided me with a wealth of knowledge and even offered helpful roofing advice. I truly appreciate Chris' honesty and will undoubtedly call A1 Animal Remove should we ever require their services. Outstanding service - came to house 4X to figure out how squirrels were getting in attic. Prompt, courteous & friendly. Returned calls asap and arrived when he said he would. Price includes repairing area for trap. Other company came and could not find entry point and told me it was something else.Thank you Chris & Ricky!

As per my review below, Chris returned promptly to finish the job. It's important for companies to take ownership when something was not done 100% to customer satisfaction, thank you chris for doing this. I change my review stars.

Initially used this company because of the great reviews. Chris came out and installed a one way door in roof where squirrels were entering. Paid him in full over 300$. Chris said he would return in 2 weeks to remove the door, repair the hole and deodorize living space. Which is stated on receipt. This was April 21st 2014. He NEVER returned. After a few months I sent an email with no response. I called several times to ask when he was coming back to complete the job. Chris always said I'll be there next week. It's now been over a year and I have an ugly metal door coming out of my roof at the front of my house. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We are very grateful for the work we've had done on two occasions by A1 Animal Removal. They are prompt, the qork quality was very high, and they replied promptly to our email contact. Our first encounter was due to squirrels ripping open our roof over our garage and were living above our garage. They came over and set up a cage to capture them and humanely release them, and repaired the damage for us. A year or two later, racoons had ripped through a trellis in our backyard deck and were living under our deck; they removed the racoons, cleaned and sanitized our space, and repaired the deck, for a very fair and reasonable price. THANK YOU!!!! I highly recommend them.

We have used Chris on 2 different occasions (2 different homes) and were so happy with his friendly and efficient service. We lived at one location and he was able to get rid of the squirrels and then two years later after we had moved to a new home we had to call him regarding squirrels that were in our attic and making lots of noise. He was able to fix the issue promptly and efficiently. He got rid of the problem on both occasions and we haven't had to call him again! But if it happens again, he will definitely be the first on our list to contact!

We had Chris come to take a look at some squirrels that had made a home in our roof line. He quickly assessed the problem and went to work to solve it. The squirrels were gone very quickly and he came back a few days later to permanently close up the opening. We have not had any problems since!

I woke early this morn to a loud noise coming from the roof, went outside and a raccoon was tearing away at the sleeve around my stack. I called Chris, whom I had done work for me at a prev. home, he was here by late afternoon and took care of the problem and did some preventive work to my other stack. I've used him since 2000, in Markham, always reliable, always reasonable $,always professional aChris Wr always a good job!!

I was worried I had Raccoon on the roof or in my attic as our neighbour had spotted some on our roof. I called Chris and he came and checked everything out right away. I was lucky not to have a problem. Chris is very honest and will tell if there is a problem or not. I will definately call Chris if we have any problems in the future and will recommend him to family and friends. If you want an honest opinion call Chris. Thank you Chris!
