When I called A Animal Removal, the phone was answered by the firm's owner, Chris Wright. He was working nearby, so he and his son were able to come to my house an hour later to deal with the nesting racoons in our porch roof. Chris can't usually provide same-day service, but today, he and his son were able to confirm that I did have a racoon problem, install a humane trap with a one-way door, patch the racoons' entry hole, and show me the finished job less than 90 minutes later. His prices are lower than we expected, and Chris is a really nice guy. Even though he got the job done quickly, we had time for a good chat about racoons, our century-old house, our neigbourhood, and other common interests. Chris will return next week to check the results, but he encouraged me to call him sooner if I see any sign of racoons after tomorrow, or if I have any other concerns. I have dealt with quite a few home service experts, and Chris is one of the best I have ever known. He is my kind of people.

We called Chirs at night, he came on the early morning of next day and helped us out. It was a raining day, he put the trap, took out the bee nest, he even did the extra roof fixing work for us without charging anything. We are so impressed by Chris's professional work, and appreiciated his kindness. Just to take the oppertunity here to say 'Thank you so much, Chris!' Chris was the only person who didn't flinch at the fact that he was going to have to climb out my 3rd dormer window onto a slate roof to get rid of a nest of squirrels in my roof. His manner was honest, professional and geniune. He guaranteed his work for 1yr and I don't expect to see him. :-) I was very happy with his work.

First,I did not know what to do. So I search the web - which can be scary because you have to consider you really don't know the person you are hiring. My neighbour spotted raccoons coming out of a hole in the aluminum siding on my deck roof. Two days ago, five of the little ... darlings ... were treating my deck furniture like a jungle gym. Chris and Ivan came by today (alas, the rain!), checked, and determined that the raccoons had moved out, and fixed the aluminum siding, applied mesh to the hole in the roof, reshingled, and also repaired another piece of aluminum siding the ... darlings ... had ripped away from the roof. In the pouring rain! These guys are professionals. Work was complete in a half-hour. I'm really happy.

We discovered we had raccoons in our attic. We called Chris at A Animal Removal and he was there the very next day. He got rid of the raccoons and patched up our roof that was not correctly done by our builder. A couple years later, we heard noises again in the attic. I know Chris mentioned that he has a one year written guarantee on his work. Since, it was more than a year, we were worried about the cost, especially to remove raccoons again. We called Chris to check it out. It was birds this time. We were not home, but Chris came and fixed the problem and left us a note to say it was all taken care of. No charge!! Wow, what customer service! Great guy to deal with and does an exceptional job!!

We heard squirrels in our attic and had racoons under our deck. I had tried to board up the entrance ways of the racoons but they have close to human hands and ripped the boards right off. I called A Animal Removal and Chris and Ivan showed up just as he said a day later. These guys are always on time and if they aren't they will let you know why because it is very rare. Chris went on the roof and checked out the issues we had. We could have got a quick fix for a smaller amount of $ but opted for a more permanent fix so we would not have squirrel problems moving forward (squirrels in your attic can do serious damage to electrical work etc.) Chris put the squirrel trap on the roof where the squirrels were getting in and the racoon trap on and came back to finish the squirrel job a few days later after the squirrels had left. I got home from work to see the squirrels on the roof looking quite confused. Later he came back to remove the racoon one-way door once we were sure they had left as well. To make a long story short, Chris and Ivan have fixed both the squirrel and racoon problem and put up cage in problem areas to make sure we don't have a problem again. A Animal stands behind their work with a warranty as well. Chris even took extra time to make sure the shingles he had to replace on my roof where matched perfectly with my existing roof shingles! I barely see a squirrel around our house let alone in our attic. I have not seen a racoon since they did the job. We realize now that both racoons and squirrels like to "hang out" close to where they live. We used to see 2 squirrels chasing each other all around our home. We don't see them anymore. I recommended A Animal Removal to another friend who later emailed me to say how please he was with them as well and I am happy to recommend them to anyone who asks. A family of raccoons got into the space between the roof and the wall of our 3 floor 1890s semi-detached house. Chris and his partner showed up exactly on time, explained clearly what they were going to do, and went to work setting up a one way trap door and securing all other areas so the raccoons couldn't get back in. The raccoons were out by that night and we haven't seen or heard them since. They were very familiar with our style of home. They did a thorough job, with no damage whatsoever to the house, and the price seems fair. I highly recommend them.

Animals (unknown) got into 3rd floor attic and ripping out insulation. Chris came by (on time) and told us that whomever did our roof last year did not fully seal it and left out the metal. He offered to take pictures with our camera before sealing it himself so we could let the roofer know. He quickly sealed it off, put a one way door on for a couple of weeks and was off. We've also been having problems with raccoons tearing holes in the new rubber membrane roof, causing severe leaking. I called Chris 2 weeks later to ask advice on how to keep them off the roof, and he was glad to offer it. I would highly recommend him.
