    Removal of raccoons

Mother raccoon got into garage when door accidentally left open and had babies. Then she was chased away and poor babies left trapped on shelf. Chris came and removed then and set up in box so mother can hopefully come back and get them. He also repaired screening in garage from previous squirrel experience and put in a one-way door that other company never installed in case something did get into the house. I would also like to advise that I tried to get the highly rated Kevin from GTA Wildlife Removal several days ago and am still waiting for a call back. This delay probably cost these babies their life. Chris not only immediately answers his phone but was able to come within 24 hours and was right on time for appointment. Great service!

Removal of Bird's Nest from Vent

Chris the owner came over with his son on a Sunday morning to remove what we thought was a bird stuck in the range hood vent- turned out to be a bird's nest only. They completely cleaned it out, replaced the broken vent screen and caulked it properly. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and quite professional. I would highly recommend his services and wish that there were more people like him around.

    squirrels in plumbing stack

We could see and hear squirrels running on our roof, and it wasn't long before we heard them in the ceiling. I called A Animal Removal on the recommendations of HomeStars. Chris arrived on time (a few minutes early), and projected a friendly and professional image. Chris went on the roof, and found the squirrels had come in through the plumbing stack. He put a one-way door and screen over the stack, as well as over a secondary stack. He even cleaned up the eaves trough! I wish all my contractors and service people were like Chris of A Animal Removal.

    'Removal' of raccoons and squirrels

I was really pleased with Chris' approach to the situation. Rather than extract the animals by force, he created a situation where they could leave as they normally would but not be able to come back. I was impressed with the way that Chris explained the rationale and showed me what his plan was, what equipment he would use, and what the entire process would be from beginning to end. Very professional and I highly recommend him.

    Squirrel removal from attic

Squirrels found their way into the attic of our semi, and were having a carnival in the walls, driving my wife and I borderline insane. I found on homestars, and also via a referral from "GTA Animal Control", also top-rated here on homestars. It's always a good sign when one highly rated professional refers another, and Chris didn't disappoint. Chris showed up on time (early!), assessed the problem and explained the solution. The costs were higher than discussed on the phone, but he took me up the ladder to show the extent of the damage to our eaves and left no doubt that it was a larger than usual job. Instead of needed to patch one section, there was ~40 linear feet on our house, and another 35' on the neighbours (we're in a semi) to be closed up. Several years ago we had a similar issue, and the guys who fixed it nailed up some short strips of metal. Chris measured the runs, the angle of the roof, and then left to fabricate angled pieces of metal to fit tightly and securely over the gaps. There's no doubt in my mind he's a pro at this business. You won't be disappointed, and most importantly, the job will be done quickly and thoroughly and the pests will be gone. I've already referred a friend to him, who was also very satisfied.

    Removal of Dead Raccoon

We can't thank Chris enough for his exceptional prompt, professional removal of a dead raccoon trapped in our closed off chimney. After calling numerous companies,Chris was the only person willing to remove the dead raccoon by cutting a hole in the outside wall of our chimney. He very accurately located where the animal was -neatly cut a square hole in the brick chimney and efficiently proceeded to remove the animal.Chris was kind enough to follow up by recommending an excellent stone mason who was able to repair our chimney.Chris also checked our air vents on the roof to make sure the problem does not recur. We couldn't have been more relieved and satisfied by a job well done.We have already recommended him to our friends and family.Thank you again Chris!

    Pest Control

Well, I think the title says it all. These gentlemen understood my plight and responded in a VERY timely and extremely professional manner. I called them Monday morning around 11:00 a.m. with a "dead animal smell" in my basement, and they had the problem resolved by 2:00 the same day. I know they were busy with other calls, but they were quick to comprehend both the nature and extent of my problem and moved into action. (Understand that within 24 hours my house went from "Hmmm, do you smell something?" to "OMG, does the Westin have a monthly rate?") They identified the how the rodent got in, removed it, made recommendations on how to block it off, and finally put down some bait so the problem would not be perpetuated. I have called other pest control companies in the past, but these guys are definitely the way to go. Funny enough, I felt like I was watching the Maytag repairman leave my house :-) Nikki

    squirrels in attic

We had problems with squirrels in our attic a while back and one of our daughters arranged for a squirrel removal service to clear up the problem. We ended up having a very bad case of buyers remorse as the removal service person (who owned the company himself) did a very shoddy job and the squirrels returned. When we asked the owner to come out to repair the job, it took a very long time for him to return our many many calls, and despite his assurances that we should give it "a couple of days" this situation just got worse. In the end we feel we were "bitten" not by the wildlife in our attic, but by the shoddy workmanship by this other company. Our daughter felt so badly, and we felt badly for her also because she was only trying to help. Thank G-d by chance I saw this advertisement from A Animal Removal and the great reviews on his workmanship. We could not be more satisfied with the quality and speed of their work. I would recommend them to anyone and am very very happy to endorse them. I don't have problems with squirrels now, they repaired the shoddy job the other guy slapped together, and have satisfaction knowing I paid for a job well done.

    Squirrel in Attic

I found Chris from this forum, and it's a very professional job that Chris did for us. I feel I must give something back in terms of a review, as well as our lesson learned. Bottom-line is, trust this professional. We had a squirrel in our attic. (It would turn out that 3 of our 6 roof vents were chewed open.) We called around for advice and quotes. We made a mistake - in hindsight - of hiring a roofer to replace all the roof vents with metal ones. We put a radio in the attic and played it loud for the whole day, banged around, and did most everything that we thought useful to ensure that there's nothing inside when the roofer replaced the roof vents. That turned out to be a mistake. Overnight, the squirrel came back, and chewed a new hole around the rubber fitting of one of the pumbling exhaust pipes. It was then that we realized we had to call in the professional. We called Chris. He's professional and courteous, and put us at ease from the start. He told us that it must be a nest inside that had the squirrel come back and work so hard to regain entry. He assured us that he would fix everything, and we would not have to hire any roofer. He would also provide us with a year's warranty. Chris showed up 2 days later. He climbed up onto the roof, did a thorough inspection, replaced the rubber fittings of the other exhaust piples with sheet metal, and left a one-way trap door around the hole. He came back 2 weeks later to remove the trap door, and sealed the hole. Job well done! What we learned from this experience is that we should have called a professional from the very beginning, rather than mugging around... Luckily, we found Chris who fixed the issue at the end. Trust this guy. He knows the stuff. We have just recommended Chris to somebody who has the same problem. Thanks Chris!
