    Fireplace

    After calling several companies thru online talking to them i was happy found them to be honest, reliable & they are very accomodating real customer service

    Chimney repair on century home

    Both chimneys on our home were in need of repair. A-1 Quality Chimney swept in and repaired them in a timely and professional manner. The owner is very knowledgeable. The crew was polite and hard working, matching the brick to the original perfectly!

    Chimney repair

    Our chimney was falling apart and needed repairs. It was a pretty big job so we called A1 Quality Chimney Cleaning & Repair. They repaired it in a short time and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

    Fireplace Inspection

    I needed to get a WETT inspection report for our fireplace. A1 did a fireplace inspection and provided me with several excellent alternatives to get my fireplace certified. They were very prompt and professional and I am happy to recommend them.

    Chimney Cleaning andFireplace Inspection

    I recently moved into a home approximately 65 years old and wanted the chimney and wood burning fireplace inspected to make sure it was safe to operate. I simply googled relevant companies and took a chance on A1 Quality Chimney and am very glad that I did. Rick arrived on time and was very pleasant and informative. He answered all my questions very clearly and took me step by step through the cleaning and inspection process. He also offered excellent tips on safety and maintenance of both the chimney and fireplace. He never tried to sell any other services or products that weren't needed. I was so impressed with A1 that I called the company the next day to have them service my gas fireplace. I would recommend A1 to anyone without any hesitation.

    Repaired Chimney

    I have used A1 Chimney a few times. Most recently, they repaired the insert in my chimney and made a few repairs to the concrete surrounding it. They always do a fantastic job, very reliable and professional.

    Chimey Flue Cleaning and inspection

    I had not cleaned or inspected the chimney for some time, and called A1 Chimney to do so. They came at the scheduled time, and did an excellent job leaving no trace of dirt in our home. I would call then back if I needed any more work done.

    Chimney Checkup

    3 years ago, the guys at A1 did a chimney inspection but we never used the fireplace, so when we wanted to use it this year, I called A1 to see if they thought we should inspect it again, due to the amount of time that had passed. Owen (Oh boy, i hope I got your name right!) was awesome on the phone. He could have just come out, inspected and charged me for it, but instead, over the phone, he talked me through some things to check, and said if all is okay, then no immediate need for another inspection. He also gave me guidelines for how often to inspect, things to be aware of, etc. Amazing service! A1 is in my roladex and when we do need future work done, we'll be calling them. Guaranteed!

    Chimney Rebuild

    I received another quote advising that we needed a chimney liner and a rebuild. Bob very clearly explained by a liner was not required given that our home is nearly 100 years old and was built at a time that this was not necessary. Bob also worked with us to find a suitable colour match. The job was finished within two days and very tidy cleanup.
