When speaking with you originally, we determined that bait interior, spray exterior approach would be the best coarse of action for eliminating these carpenter ants. When you called yesterday, our staff gave you an inconsistent timeline with respect to how long it would take to get back to the queen. I do apologize for that, unfortunately, baiting does take time to get back to the respective queen, however, based on our conversation this afternoon you are seeing some dead ants and that is a great start. The good news is that you have a full one year guarantee and have already scheduled a follow up visit for Monday. Our program is fully integrated. if you would like to do a spray application Monday, please phone me directly to confirm. I gave you my direct cell this afternoon. We look forward to making you a happy customer!

If you require a more comprehensive report, please contact our office and we will be more then happy to produce one for you. Customer satisfaction is our number one concern and we would love to find a way to remedy your concerns. Philip, we take these types of complaints very seriously and have tried contacting you via email and phone, but have been successful. We would love to come back to your home and redo the inspection as well as give you a more comprehensive report. From speaking with the technician, he advises that prior to service, he was transparent about the length of service and price. After reading your response and comparing his version of events, both reports of events are the same. We are disappointed in your harsh words against the professionalism our staff. The technician who provided the service has 40 years of Termite experience and regularly is relied upon as an expert in the industry both in the media as well as a guest speaker to the National Pest Management Association. He was working in an uncluttered and empty house, and was able to complete the inspection in a timely fashion. He communicated his findings both verbally and in written form on the invoice on site. For real estate purposes, we always hand write the conclusion on site so that it expedites the decision making process for both parties.
