    instal of furnace and 2nd floor ductwork and air con repair

    Densie is excellent. she cares and is reasonably reliable. However, the company failed to properly reinstal and repair our air conditioner. it was the reason we went with them. they failed to finish the duct work...there was always a story. we had our contractor finish up that work and we deducted that cost from their bill. they were agreeable. however they failed to properly fill up the air con with coolant. they checked it and said it worked...it did not...we spend 3 years in a house without proper air con (wife pregnant several times during this period...she was rather uncomfortable). they also did not properly instal the humidifier...our house was very dry for the first 2 winters.... nice staff..but quality control not there

    New HVAC system

    I was incredibly satisfied with Air Treatment. They came out very quickly when our system broke down, and they arranged replacement services immediately. Our old system was 24 years old, and Air Treatment provided us with plenty of guidance as to how to improve our heating and cooling conditions in the house. They have been so incredible to deal with - on call 24/7 to answer any and all questions. We used them about 5 years ago in our old house, and we were so satisfied that we used them again. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

    Furnace maintenance

    Always very knowledgeable, on time & willing to advise homeowner. They came highly recommended & have lived up to their reputation - honest, knowledgeable & reliable. I can only recommend them with the highest of ratings.

    Finding then installing a new air conditioner

    After consulting several air conditioning companies, I settled on Air Treatment Heating & Cooling, on the recommendation of a friend. He himself had chosen the company based on someone else's recommendation. I was especially impressed with the salesperson who came to the house, discussed options, suggested several choices of makes and models, and appeared to know her stuff. She was competent, courteous, patient, and always available by phone afterwards. Once I agreed, the job was completed quickly.

    replace oil furnace with gas boiler

    Dec 2004. The installers FLOODED my house from 2nd flr to basement Christmas Eve. Denise spun a sob story about her car accident when I complained. Guy who did water heater tested it by opening spigot onto basement floor without putting a bucket underneath it. Comapny has the nerve to send me annual maintenance program!

    gas furnace replacement

    We thought our 20+ year old first-generation furnace needed replacement. So we started looking around for companies and brands. Denise of Air Treatment gave us a lot of helpful recommendations (I like to understand all the alternatives). She told us that if our furnace died they could replace it with promptly. Well, that happened and they did. They were helpful loaning us heaters and they were efficient replacing the furnace. Very few surprises and none were unpleasant. I recommend Air Treatment and I recommend Denise.

    Air Conditioner Install

    Air Treatment reworked a very bad central air conditioner install done by someone else. They were thorough, honest, and polite. No unneccessary work was recommended. They are completely transparent when it comes to advising you on how your system works and what you can expect from it. Also, I recommended them to my fahter who has an air conditioning system that's about 25 years old. He was told that he could replace it if he wanted, but that the system was working at about 85% of its original capacity and that it would probably last for the time he would be in the home. This was an opportunity to take advantage of an elderly person but Air Treatment did the honourable thing.

    Ductless AC

    Our new ductless air conditioning system is nice and quiet and cools all the rooms on the second floor beautifully. Installation was on time and neatly done. Denise in sales was great to deal with. She assured us that we didn't need to go with an attic system, which was three times as expensive, and she was right.

    Air Conditioner installation and furnace service

    Fantastic company. Denise in sales is the best and it's so nice to deal with a woman. Prince in the service department is now a part of the family after coming twice a year to maintain the furnace. Everyone is the company is professional, polite, trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

    Air conditioning installation

    We moved into a house a few months ago. The air conditioning installation had been started but not completed. A co-worker recommended Air Treatment. They were prompt, efficient and I felt that they were doing only what needed to be done (not trying to make the job bigger than it was). We were very pleased and would not hesitate to use them again for service or furnace calls. Thanks for making our summer a cool one!
