    Furnace Replaced - A Painless Experience

    We have been a customer of Air Treatment for many years. I always find them to be very responsive, courteous and professional. Recently we had a problem with our aging furnace and called them for a service call. A friendly technician arrived very quickly and advised us that certain parts needed to be replaced. Due to the age of the furnace, we preferred to replace it. Air Treatment did not in any way push us to do so but we felt it was likely time to do so to avoid other future problems. They arranged for and installed a new furnace very quickly and with no mess leaving everything looking spotless. It was a very painless and pleasant experience. Denise McCormack, their H.V.A.C. Consultant, was so professional and a pleasure to deal with. She made the experience so easy and we always felt she would be overseeing everything and was looking out for our best interests. We would highly recommend Air Treatment to anyone. We plan to continue to use their services in the future.

    Humidifier Repair

    I have been using Air Treatment for over 25 years and have always been pleased with their service and professionalism. The technician, James, was very neat. He took his shoes off so as to not dirty the carpet. While checking my thermostat, he found that it was coming away form the wall and without me asking him to repair it, he found a piece of wood to put into the hole in the wall so that the thermostat could be secured properly. He took it upon himself to fix this even though this was not the original reason for his visit. I was very pleased with his solution, his initiative and the final outcome. I will continue to use Air Treatment for all my heating and cooling needs. Judy

    New furnace; improved duct work; new chimney liner.

    We were cursed with a furnace that was way too big for our house, cordoned off in a tiny, nearly inaccessible closet -- an unpleasant holdover from the previous owners. Other companies were reluctant to do anything when they saw the space and the set-up. Denise didn't flinch. She devised a strategy in the hopes of helping us avoid having to replace the furnace right away, and then, when that didn't work, quickly figured out an efficient, cost-effective new unit -- and a new setup that would resolve all the poorly done work we'd been left with. Her team was both skilled and incredibly professional -- and they suggested additional workarounds to ensure we wound up with proper condensation drainage, venting, and, miraculously, more room in the furnace closet. They were lovely to work with, and they left our house and yard spotless. Better yet, nearly overnight our house feels consistently warmer (and quieter -- the old furnace was a monster), even though the temperature is two full degrees cooler than where we used to have to set it. A glowing endorsement!

    heating and cooling

    ductless air conditioners and installation

    I receied quotes from many air conditioner installers. These folks had the best offer (considering the quality of the product) and the most professional and thorough review and consideration of the work to be done. The installation went perfectly smooth - and the installers were professional and quite competetent (so far, so good, anyway).

    air conditioning

    Just had my third and fourth Fujitsu ductless air conditioning units installed by Air Treatment ClimateCare. They also installed my furnace system (boiler) a number of years ago; that's how I started with them. Denise, their prime service woman, has been doing this a very long time, and knows her stuff inside out and upside down. She will go the extra mile to make your installation the best it can be, both from functionality and aesthetics. Air Treatment's follow up in installing and servicing this equipment is also always done with care and attention. I have been dealing with them for almost 20 years, and I keep going back. Must be a reason for that...!

    Installation of new boiler

    We required a new heating system and were very pleased with the service we received from the initial assessment of our needs by Denise to the installation by the company's experienced staff. We would certainly recommend Air Treatment.

    Replace 20 year old Unico system

    I first hired Air Treatment in 1994 to install a Unico AC system in my home which has rads and required flexible ducting throughout. I had quotes from others but I was very impressed when they told me that they would locate the ducts in corners of the ceiling which other contractors said they could not do. I continued to use AT over the next 20 years under service contracts and they always provided excellent service. When my system was on its last leg (after 21 seasons), I checked around but AT remained very competitive and indeed one of its major competitors told me that they couldn't really do much better on the price and suggested that I just stay with AT which I did - how's that for an endorsement from one of its competitors! They recently completed the work installing a new system and did a great job, were very respectful of avoiding damage to my home and were a pleasure to have in the house. Real gentlemen. I have no hesitation in recommending AT as they do a great job and always stand by their work.

    replace air conditioner, furnace and water heater

    Our old furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year, (mid March), my dentist recommended Air Treatment, they came when they said they would, 90 minutes after my wife called them. Shortly after that " HEAT " and suggest it was time to replace the old girl (furnace). As the air conditioner had died several years earlier we decided to do it also. Long story short, great service, great products, great people all way round. We could not be more pleased. Thanks Denise, thanks Air Treatment. P.S. Their price was so very competitive.     Furnace Repair

    I found Air Treatment through my Mother In Law who has been raving about the excellent service that they provide. Our furnace broke down this winter and the company I was using before didn't even call me back. We called Air Treatment and they came out the next day to repair our furnace even bough we were not a regular customer. The part I needed wasn't readily available by the supplier so Air Treatment brought us heaters so that we could stay in our house until it arrived. They kept in close communication about the part and returned as soon as they received it. We are going to carry on with routine service maintenance with them as they are very professional and excellent at problem solving and repair. I highly recommend them.
