    Corrected improper installation

    When I asked Denise McCormack of Air Treatment / ClimateCare to check the sub-par performance of our Coleman furnace (that was installed by another contractor), she immediately observed that the furnace was not at fault; it had been improperly installed. Denise promptly called the representative at York Johnson Controls who, without hesitation, took measures to correcting the situation created by another contractor. Consequently, I now have a reliable furnace thanks to the professionalism and integrity of Denise McCormack, her Air Treatment / ClimateCare team and the responsiveness of the people at York Johnson Controls.     Furncace and Air Conditioner Install

    We originally used Air Treatment approximately 25 years ago to install our air conditioning unit, and we just replaced a furnace and space pac unit after a horrific flood in basement due to sewage backup. The salesperson named Vic was super, and the workers were efficient. We would highly recommend Air Treatment and would use them again in the future.

    Outdoor gas line to bar b q

    We had out gas bar b q hooked up with this very professional company. They were efficient and knew what parts were needed and installed the line and shut off valve

    New furnace installation

    Air Treatment responded to our call promptly and efficiently. Their serviceman described clearly why we needed a new furnace. Their sales rep was professional and very helpful. The new furnace was installed by polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating technicians. We have nothing but the highest praise for our decades-long association with Air Treatment.

    Air Conditioner Service

    I had a new air conditioner installed within the last 5 years and it has not been cooling my house properly for the entire time. I chose this company at a higher cost due to their years in business, supposed expertise and reliable coverage should service be required in the future. I'm reluctant to go with another company as I would think that this company would take some ownership in their work in rectifying this issue. I am at the brink of cutting my losses as they are not responsive (waiting more than 1 week for a service call) with no resolution. Thankfully, I did not sign up for their annual maintenance plan. I understand that mistakes happen evne with the best companies and feel the true measure of a good company is how they respond to mistakes or disagreements. Air Treatment ClimateCare falls short on this measure and would not recommend this company. ******** AMMENDMENT TO ABOVE REVIEW ******* When I initially wrote the review, I was very frustrated in the midst of an intense heat wave. The same day this review was entered (i.e. before the company actually had an opportunity to see this review), I was contacted by the salesperson that took care of my air conditioner sale 6 years ago (Denise). I was extremely impressed that a salesperson would take the care to deal with a service issue 6 years after the sale as this was the one and only time I have dealt with her. In fact, I didn't think to ask for Denise as I only met her the one time when the sale was made. Bottom line is that Denise took care to ensure this issue was resolved to my satisfaction in a very timely matter. This treatment exceeds my expectations of what I'd expect in terms of being taken care of in such a personal way. I highly recommend this company for standing by their work and the salesperson's (Denise) care and commitment shown well beyond the sales cycle.

    Air Treatment Climate Care

    I am writing to recommend Air Treatment Climate Care for the fantastic work they completed at my new home. We converted our house from electric baseboards to a forced air system. The work was done in a completely efficient, professional and service-minded manner. Jeff, who completed the work was a pleasure to work and always went above and beyond the call of duty. Denise, who spearheaded the project from the sales side, was incredibly responsive and answered all of my calls no matter what hour of day or night. Also, the price was reasonable. I was very pleased with Air Treatment Climate Care and would highly recommend them for any HVAC or related work.

    Replace two furnaces

    I chose Air Treatment because of positive service experiences in the past and awarded them the contract even though they were slightly more expensive - I felt their excellent service orientation was worth it. Denise did a fantastic job explaining options and sourcing alternative thermostats. She also attended the job site on both days to ensure quality job was being done.The crew was very professional, courteous and did many fixes that went beyond the scope of promised installation. Highly recommended.

    Furnace

    Air Treatment were very good. Efficient, the sales person showed up with loaner space heaters till the workmen arrived. All concerned were prompt, polite, efficient, and very considerate. I would recommend their service wholeheartedly.

    Repair of furnace motor

    We called Air Treatment because we had not heat.in January 2013. The house was getting very cold. The company had a techchnician out here within hours to assess the problem. The parts were called in that were needed. The parts were ordered and the repairs were made in less than 24 hours of the first visit. He was very punctual, did not waste time on the job and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend this company for their expertise and honesty.

    replacing a thermal coupler

    I called Air Treatment in the middle of January 2013,a serviceman from Air Treatment came and replaced my thermal coupler for $192.00 and gave me 2 RED TAGS. The serviceman starts by telling you he's here to save lives, what are these RED TAGS? don't worry says the serviceman (repairman) from Air Treatment, you have 45 days to fix this 4"X 5" Y exhaust connector, my company will call you to make an appointment to come back and fix this and I will get rid of the RED TAGS, great, why don't you fix it now and you won't have to issue these RED TAGS. anyway, I'm happy the furnace is working it's January and only $192.00 for a $20 part, everybody has to make a living. 45th day, a knock on the door, hi, I'm here to shut off your gas, WHAT?, Gas company shuts me down, what happen to the call from Air Treatment? huh, No heat, in the middle of winter, would I recommend Air Treatment? if anyone wants honourable service, don't call Air Treatment on 20 Densley Ave.
