    Front door and sliding doors

    We have an oversized front entrance and Atlantic came out and suggested how to make it more beautiful with a custom door and 2 large side lights. It gives the front entrance amazing curb appeal as well as adding more light into the foyer. We were very impressed with their experience and quality of work. In addition, we replaced 2 sliding doors which are both excellent.

    Removal of all existing windows/sliding patio door (29 items) and supply & installation of new ones.

    We wanted to take advantage of the Ontario EcoEnergy rebate system and minimize future maintenance issues by replacing our existing windows (which were the original ones from the construction of our home -- i.e., 1995) with triple pane, vinyl windows. Arthur, the salesman was very diligent and patient in explaining the products available to us. We did notice a reduction in the outdoor noise that we heard when the windows were closed. The work was completed within the budgeted time and cost. My only complaint is that I had security sensors on some of the basement windows previously, had pointed these out to the company beforehand, and was not adequately informed of what they would be doing with such sensors. If I was, I would have opted to avoid changing those particular windows since the basement windows do not have a triple pane option available to them and, therefore, did not represent a meaningful improvement from the existing ones. To be clear, the rest of the windows were superior in energy efficiency and low-maintenance requirements, as compared to my old ones -- it's just the basement windows that I would have left in place.

    replacement windows

    John was most helpful in our decision-making with advice and guidance structured to our needs. He was generous with his time and took pains to point out benefits of models and sizes of windows that would siut our home. We would not hesitate to recommend him to our neighbours.

    replacement windows

    John helped us to decide on window type by explaining the benefits of each. He never seemed in a rush to process us and provided us with details enough for us to make a satsfactory decision. After sales contact and service was there when required. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

    Replace Windows and Patio Door

    They provided us with wonderful service. We are very happy with the products that they supplied and installed both in 2003 and in 2009. They showed up on time and they solved any problems quickly and efficiently.

    Replaced all windows and exterior doors

    Our new windows and doors transformed our home. They look great, eliminated draft, and we get lots of compliments on them! Everything was made locally in their factory, so we were glad to support the local economy.

    Windows and Doors Install

    Atlantic has a great product. The windows are so awesome, way better than in new homes, and an excellent value. The doors with the 3 point latching system are also awesome and super warm in winter. The install was flawless, and the team that worked on our house was super fast. An excellent value - and the windows and doors look and work great. Other window companies did not even call us back. Our sales guy Aubry looked after us from start to finish.

    Windows & Patio Door

    Our experience started with a thoroughly knowledgeable and professional Salesperson. They delivered and installed early, which was very fortunate. The installation crew were also very courteous and professional. They did a GREAT job and fast; 10 windows and a patio door in about 7.5 hours. The product is as good as anyone's; we really looked around before choosing Atlantic. I would recommend Atlantic to my best friends because of the product and thoroughly professional staff. Window style assistance was excellent; very happy with our choices.

    Residential Window & Door Replacement

    Everything with this company was top notch. I ordered several months ago and had some delays, but they contacted me and whenever I called they were always willing to see how they could expedite our order. I understood the delays with the HRTC program and apparently their paint deparment was backed up... but they never hid from my questions. Installation went off without a hitch... My house looked like they had never been there with the exception of the wonderful products they installed. I would recommend this company to anyone! and I already have!!! Looking forward to doing more work with them in the future!

    Window & Patio Door replacement

    Going on a recommendation by my neighbour I had Atlantic come in and provide a quote for some window & patio door replacement, bad idea. If there is one thing this company is good at its swindling people with their salesmen! Windows were to be installed late Nov. early Dec. It's now late Jan. and I am writing this while the install is happening! Delay, Delay, Delay and now its one of the coldest days of the year! I'll be lucky if the pipes don't freeze in my house. Maybe they will reimburse my heating costs! Not to mention the installers smoke while they work, just what I need a smoke filled house for my wife and kids to return to. Look at the last three posts people, including this one all big fat ZERO's. Their salesmen even had the nerve to state that he was to busy to be at the sales office on a Saturday as I wanted to come in and settle my bill (last day for the HRTC, again due to their delays, I wanted a week day install!) because of "personal stuff". Maybe he should think before he makes such statements, as if I wanted to sit around the house and not be with my wife and kids on a weekend!

This was felt across our industry and caused some of our suppliers to become backlogged. We are doing the best we can to catch up and are becoming mroe successful. In regards to the installers, they should not be smoking around the home. I will direct your comments to my installation supervisor as we take all concerns very seriously. Im addition, I would not be concerned about the pipes freezing over in your home, if it were that cold outside, my installers would be unable to work. I understand your concerns with the lower temperatures, however please rest assured we stand behind our products and workmanship, and as such alter the sealants used to accommodate the various temperatures of the year. I am sure you will be pleased with the products for many many years and please do note that if you ever have any issues, feel free to contact us and our service technician will assist you promptly.
