    windows and doors

    Worst experience we've ever had dealing with a contractor/company. Project manager couldn't get anything right. never returned phone calls/emails. Took two months to get final sign off. Took four try's to get their measuremnts right. do youyself a favor and hire a different window company.

    Windows and doors

    They were so timely they were able to show up 2 months before initial appointment was made for. They were on time. They cleaned up the site when they were done. The workmanship was excellent. They had a very good work attitude. I'm very satisfied with the work and product.

    Window and Door replacement

    I had the old aluminum windows and storm doors replaced. Initially the salesman messed up. He stated he missed a window and I needed to pay an additional $500 +. I think he may have done this on purpose in order to get the job considering my house is only 1000 sq ft. and he looked at and measured every window himself. No problem with the product. Beautiful windows. Beautifully installed. However, the storm doors are a nightmare. Bad install. They never completely installed the doors. I am very disappointed in them for this. If they couldn't do the doors properly they should have just said they could not do them rather do a hack job.

    brick to brick window replacement

    If you happen to invite this company to replaced your windows at home, you will be hesitant to let another company give you another quote. To see is to believe. Quality, craftmanship and professionalism are the key important thing. Prices are competitive, but it is worthwhile during the long run.

    Windows

    Good quality product, built in Canada and good warranty service. The installers were professional and the job was completed in good time. Any warranty work that was required was promptly attended to.

    Changed windows in the entire house

    We were in need to change our windows and found Andre at the Home Show, and he was very helpful and professional. The job was done one day and no mess was left behind. I would definitely recommend Andre, and this company.

    install all new windws on our upstairs level

    We had windows put in top floor.Work was well done,except one large window,we could feel cold air.We called Atlantic windows,and they promptly came back to rectify the problem.Were pleased with the company

    replacement windows

    On two occasions ,so far we have ordered windows and a sliding door from Atlantic Windows. They have fit perfectly I installed them myself. The windows were supplied on time and have stood up well for the five years we have had them . Their sales staff were very informative, and they steered us toward a much better quality window which we wanted . One window was cut the wrong size but was exchanged within a week . We have two more large windows to replace and will be back to see Atlantic shortly

    Windows

    We've used Atlantic Windows on two occasions to replace windows in our Etobicoke house. I would not order windows from any other company than Atlantic. Their product quality & customer service is unmatched. Their installation staff are very skilled -- taking the time to install the windows properly. You may be paying a small premium with Atlantic compared to others, but it is worth the investment if you are wanting long lasting quality windows.

    Changed windows in the whole house

    Andre was very professional, and was very helpful in answering all our questions. He made choosing windows seem so easy. He was very professional and helped us find the windows we always wanted. We started with the idea of changing 3 windows and ended up changing 5 and the patio door. The service was great, and finished all in one day, with no mess left behind.
