Please note: the above-indicated amount of 36.91 CDN was the monthly fee that I am paying according to the terms and conditions of my insurance plan provided by AtlasCare for me as a user of the HVAC equipment (in this case, the furnace and the related control devices). On this particular occasion (09/25/2015) the service tech. (Mr. Matt) took care of the "Lennox" heater (model 90UGFA2-50-6, ser. #5802K01624). The said tech. did the following: the check-up of filters, flame sensors, electrical connections, pressure switches, cleaning of the blower, evaluation of the functional parameters of the system, etc. This tech. was simply outstanding. Not only did he perform the job thoroughly and very professionally, but also gave detailed explanations at virtually every stage and gave recommendations. Like in my preceding review (re: AtlasCare visit on 07/25/2015 for the purpose of the AC unit maintenance), I would like to mention that the service of my previous provider, Messrs. Reliance, by contrast, used to involve the engagement of the third-party subcontractors, the North-Western Gas company (who were not employees of the Reliance company itself) and, on occasion, was faulty (even though less expensive).
